Although I am impressed with the records, this record falls very short of the true value of this property... I know... I own it and live there. 3259 Ogden Road is acutally a 3 unit complex. It has (2) 2 bedroom/bath units that are 2 story and also has a 1 bedroom/bath unit approx. 700 sq ft. Above the carport. So the per unit value is close... but for the complete complex is very in-accurate.
We found a fixer upper. Wanted to ensure this was not a scam. Report very detailed. Awesomeness!

Then it was deceptively luring me on a Monthly fees of $ 19.99.

Otherwise Got the Information I was Looking for.
This site was easy to use and gave me a result without having to talk to a realtor. All the "free" sites won't give you an appraisal without making you leave a phone number and "agreeing" to talk to a real estate agent. I'm not interested in selling, do not want to talk to a realtor, just wanted to know the value of my home.
I thought the report was good. I am still not sure who owns the house. The owner listed is dead. If nobody has recorded who inherited the house then no records have changed.
Wanted to know who was responsible for an empty house north of us. It has been empty for at least 6 or 7 years and it is an eye sore for the neighborhood. Found out who is the owner or? And want to contact them. I have already called the mayors office and the number for public housing due to rodents and people who are looking for a place to sleep overnight. It is a deterrent to the neighborhood and needs to be taken care of. It is losing siding and bringing the property value around it low.
YOU could get exactly what you ask for at a reasonable rate, with no hard sales pitch. You, like me, are probably used to those sites where whatever you're looking for costs 10 to 100 times more than advertised. In addition, you don't get anything without being subjected to hard sells on all the things you need to buy instead of or add on to. None of this here, got what I asked for at the very reasonable price, at the end ask me if I might be interested in an ongoing relationship-I wasn't at this point, end of discussion. But if you're house hunting, looking for info on a few houses comparing yours to others-these people are the real deal. I was looking for one quick thinkgot itbut if I was ever doing anything more you bet I"d be heading back here.
I needed this info to prove I was a prior owner of this address so that I could collect unclaimed funds I found by searching the website www.missingmoney.com. This report provided just the basics but enough to prove I was on record as a previous owner. Should do the trick. The print out did not print what was on the screen which was disappointing.
I wanted this deed immediately to do a loan modification and I was very surprised that everything was just out there. Whaw! I was taken back
I am renting this property from an entirely different person. Then I find out that it is not owned by the person I am paying rent to, this has me very upset.
