For the price of $1.25, I believe I received an accurate overview of my property. I am satisfied.

Im satisfy with the report, but I do not need a realtor to contact me because I m the owner and I m not selling.

This property is next door to mine. Just interested since the home has been rented for 8 or 10 years. Tired of unmoved laws next door.

Lots of upgrades have been done and when this taken into consideration.

Both Bedrooms have fitted ceiling fans with remote controls and dimmers,

Just intrested in what lot size this property was... We are in the market to owning our first home.

I want to buy a home but it needs lots of work and I didn't know where to start but that's to this site for $1.75 I found more info than a realtor could provide. Only thing it needs are ways to retrieve floor plans.

The home doesn't include brick building on this property, and ingrown pool.
The brick building is large enough for exercise room or pool house. The addition of a sunroom from original design, added 200 sq ft to original size.

Last week I received an appraised value for only the outside of the property that was $12,000 lower than what this report has shown.

I was looking for the current owner's name; this was the 1st home we had when we got married in 1965. I will be visiting Farmingdale soon and wanted to send the current owner a note to request a visit to the property... for old times sake. This will probably be my last visit to the area.
