I just want to make sure I get billed only $1.25. I work for an apartment complex as manager and do not want monthly reports.

A complete and structure report, with more detail than I expected for the amount I paid which was pretty much nothing. I love this site and also gives the customer the opportunity of just 1 simple report or a premium subscription a month with unlimited access.

I had trouble at first understanding their website. After I had put in my CC info. They took me to another page that seemed to want me to commit to a monthly subscription. Which I did not agree to - want - or need. So I back out of the process thinking that nothing had happened except they had captured my CC info but I did not give them permission to charge anything.

Excellent experience. Obtained the information that I needed.

The report was concise and easy to read, the web site was very simple and straightforward. No hidden costs. Great experience

Needed Deed history, mortgage, property owner, etc. and this site provided everything I needed, and more, for a fair price! :)

This was fast and informative to the point that I can make a better educated decision. Cheap too - worth $1.25 - it would have taken me a few hours to gather this myself.

Easy to use site. Only thing is, the one piece of information that I needed on this particular property, what it sold for, was not available.

They deceive you. Tell you the report is $1.25 and then after you put in your credit card info and they put in the info they tell you they are going to charge you $19.95, per month. They had better not charge me that or I will be calling the Better Business Bureau and report them.

I am the owner of the property and found your information to be somewhat incorrect regarding property details.

I did not have a chance to scroll down and read the report before I printed it out
Immediately it ask about review. Therefore I do not have a copy of the report.
Please mail me a copy. When the request popped up, I could not even continue to stroll down. I never got pass seeing the owner's name

I needed to know who owned a property before renting it. I used US Realty Records and, for less than $2, I got a report that answered my questions. Now I can rent with confidence!

A very user-friendly service worth every nickel spent

Your assessment is high. What I paid for this home in November, 2015 is 27,000 less than your assessment and I paid 10,000 more than the asking price. From what I gather, this home was built around 1949. The bathrooms are original and the electrical is supplied by an old fashioned fuse box. The streets are in horrific condition. If I am to pay for real estate records you should include the home's age.

I hope i don't get any more charges kinda confuse about payment.
