Got my info very quickly, and was able to print the report. This helped me establish a sales price w/o a realtor, thus saving money for both me and the buyer.

I hesitated to pay the $1.25 at first, but then I did and the report I relieved is worth more than the $1.25. Thank you, and don't raise your price.

I am looking to purchase a home and I was worried about the asking price. This site gave me a home appraisal within a 5% in accurate rating. Which is wonderful. It also provided me with when the home was bought and last sold. Even the price it was bought at. I was also given how much the current owner owes on the home.

I wanted to know if there were any liens or mortgages on the property and it is a great tool for the price, it will give you an idea about the property.

I needed a parcel number and owners, found both and from there I was able to find the owners current address.

The first search I did did not provide me with the info I needed the second search I wanted to see what it said about my property and it gave everything the first search was to see if I could get info about a home and property next to mine to find out if I could buy this place but it did not give the info I needed

My report was very accurate and thorough. I wanted to confirm what an Owner was telling me about the property and everything matched up to the "T"... I am very happy to know that this report was very informative and helpful in creating trust between myself and the seller. I would recommend this resource to anyone!

I could get most of this information from other sites for free, including all sales and tax information from the LA County Tax Assessor website. I really wanted to see how accurate the owner information was and this report was not. It was my own report and had an incorrect name.

After submitting my request, I found your service to be prompt and in depth. In all, very satisfactory.

I used this site because I was interested in purchasing a vacant home and needed information on the property. I was very impressed at all the information I was given in the report. This site is extremely helpful and I'm sure I will continue to use it in the future.

House is now 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and is very handicapped accessible.

When I began this inquiry I was told that it would cost me $ 1.25 after I entered my charge and personal info I viewed a screen asking if I agree to the terms of being charged $19.99 a month until I stop the "subscription". I did not agree. I asked for the basic report. That seems sneaky to me!
