I have been trying to get in contact with the company for about two weeks, the message is that the lines are busy call back, which i did. I am trying to cancel my account and they won't let me.
I did not see the garage and storage shed. The garage is 4 car 36x26 this should be included in the price also the storage shed 14x16.

The photo of the subject property does not show correctly. When I use the Google arrows to find the subject photo, it overlaps with the original first page and the first page does not print out legibly. I would appreciate more assistance with this.
This property we researched was a neighbor(6181 Garner Road, Akron, MI *******), It showed occupied & it is not occupied. Its a double wide trailer which is not occupied, judgement against owner of trailer. Also, report doesn't show if property taxes are current or delinquent, would like that feature. One person owns the property and another person owns the double wide trailer. 2nd property we reviewed was our own. 6119 Garner Road, Akron, MI *******

We have rented this home for 6 yrs and when we move in they wouldn't sell all thru years. The owners son said his mom would sell to us now if our loan is approved. At this point he wanted 83,000,00. After seeing this he is only getting 62,000. Thanks you guys are spot on!
I was looking for Information on a mobile home so this site was not useful. The values it gave me and the local listings in the area were for houses not mobile homes. I think the site should indicate that it is not for use with mobile homes.

The report was great, however there is one error. It doesn't have 2 baths it only has 1.
I was initially upset that I had subscribed and deleted my account information. But I was very satisfied with the. 95 product. Since this was a one time look at a property that my wife is inheriting, it was a great overview, although we were disappointed with the value, it could be more realistic than our expectations.
