It took a bit more time than I expected... not immediate, but the report arrived within 5 minutes to my laptop.

I primarily needed the owner's name and it got that right. Lots of additional info. But I didn't need it.

US Realty is a scam. They charge $. 95 for a report then $19.95 a month without your approval or you knowing.

I received my report very quickly and it was very concise and informative!
I give the site 5 Stars!

Mainly needed to find the owner of a property and for like a buck and a couple minutes time had exactly what I needed.

The report generated the exact information needed to make an intelligent offer on the new property. We also used a report on our existing home to make sure we were putting it on the market at a reasonable cost. Current house on market for two days and received offer above asking price. The report information was dead on the mark!

I wish i had looked at the review before i purchased the property paying ******* for a property estimated to be worth ******* is embarrassing.

Got all the info I needed in literally seconds. Very thorough and even includes neighborhood info and surrounding areas. Would use them again!

The report was pretty good it could've had more information on the current owner like a phone number

I was expecting a simple 2 statement report showing the property value, but US Realty Records exceeded my expectations with not only my initial request, but additional information regarding schools and demographics that I didn't expect to receive. Thank you!

Some of my growing-up years were spent in this home, and I was happy to see its current status and some changes. Thank you for providing this service. It was so easy. There actually is one more bathroom off the back bedroom. And the enclosed sleeping porch in front could be used as a small fourth bedroom in addition to the three full-sized bedrooms (not two).

I like your web site very much. I am not a realtor and am not looking to buy or sell ---just trying to help an impaired aunt. So I only wanted the one report. Now I am not sure if I have signed up for the monthly report which I don't want or need--other than that very pleased with report and it printed well.
