The reported lack detail on the condition of the property, and no information on prior sales was included.

Since there is so much Fraud going on, I wanted to know if I was renting from a legitimate company. The report indicated more than what I was expecting.

I was curious about value before the appraisal, I feel very confident about the numbers beforehand. And with the compariables, it will be hard for an appraiser to low ball me.

The information was provided in a timely manner. The price for just the one report was appropriate. My inquiry was just on that property.

Site was user friendly and contains details of interest.

This really helped because the realtor only put $95,500 as an estimate and you are $10,000 more so we will up the selling price.

I got the results I needed very quickly. My only complaint is, when you call the help line you can't get any help. It directs you that your only option is to "visit us on line". You shouldn't have a help line advertised if it isn't available. So, now I need to go back just to get an answer to an easy question.

In trying to gather information about property owenrship, this site was very simple and it did not ask you to provide a lot of information and then magically withhold that information - until the credit card is needed. I checked the site for 2 separate locations, commercial and residential and was very pleased with results
