Good information. Because I had to pay the fee I wish I could have a copy of this report. This property is next door to me and has been vacant for 7 years. We have to report the high grass yard several times every summer to the city to mow. What a hassle this has been.
This report doesn't show unpaid taxes or any other amounts associated with the property. Does this mean all taxes are paid and no liens applied to it?

I needed info on ownership of a home that someone is trying to rent to me from another state! How do I even know if the person claiming to own the property has anything at all to really do with it, and that this isn't just some scam?
I'm going to ask the so-called owner some questions about the home, including the owners name and if he doesn't know the right answers it's just a rip-off in progress, only I'm not giving him a DIME!

Very useful... detailed enough for use in tax preparation for long term positive results... I'm on a pay-as-you-go payment plan but the monthly plan would be really fine for tax pros (and others) if they need detailed history on real estate property (especially Nassau County, Florida). This data is basically mandatory for IRS audits to prove basis and depreciation data on any and all federal income tax returns. Like I said earlier, I like it and recommend it locally!

I grew up at 252 s central ave and wanted to know who owned it now and what it was worth. We sold it in 1957 for $8000. I hate that it has gone in such disrepair.
