I thought the basic report was an adequate interpretation of the current value of my home.

Easy to use. But knowing for sure I did not sign up for a monthly charge of use left me unsettled. I asked for a basic report and did not want to have an ongoing relationship with this company. It is not always clear if I have understood all their terms.
I felt like the price given was much higher than actual worth due to the fact there are many rentals in the area I was looking. And county appraisals are inflated.

It wasn't complicated to get the property information that I was looking for. This is like Fico Score from my property.

Lots of info in one place! Great to compare what home owners are telling you, to the facts when looking at property.

Quick and easy, however please read after putting in payment info or you will sign up for a monthly account. Very informative

Their should be sales and marketing time info for these properties

1) They give the impression that there is a ton of information available -- only after purchase to they say "sorry no information available"
2) You have to read the fine print to avoid ending up in a subscription...

I wanted to research public information about my rental home that I am wanting to sell. I found out the info that I needed!

The only thing I'm not sure about is what I was charged for the info. I hope it was just $1.25 for this one time search as I will not be needing this site anymore. If it is the $1.25 I, will recommend the site to others.

The report is more than I expected. Very happy with the results.

This site had information I did not find in the town records. It gave me a perspective on my home I didn't know about. It was really quick finding records. I would recommend this to everyone.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE! It said I would be charged $1.95 to review the owners name of a property. I was charged $0.95 plus $19.95. I contacted the company. They offered to give me 50% back but refused to give me my whole money back. I plan to dispute the charge to have it reversed. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!

Fast and easy with a picture to verify the house, gosh I couldn't believe the price though, that has to be high.

I needed my neighbor's name, who is a landlord, so I've had no luck in getting their info. This lookup worked! Now I can get that dang fence replaced!

i dont understand how my house is worth $100,000 less then last year. i had it appraised and it was over $300,000????? I even did upgrades and added central air.

Was looking for detailed property information, glad I looked here!
