Other countries! The USPS is better then any other country on this planet! The USPS is cheaper then other countries postal system. Also the USPS is open 6 days a week.

Rip off I paid $28 to overnight a key fob from Florida to wytheville Virginia it took 4 days no one seems to care that's post office try not to use them if all possible

Horrible service, worse customer service

Paid 40 bucks for international priority. 32 days later it still shows bouncing around the US with 2 trips to Nicaragua. I called and was told customs has it, and can hold it for 90 days, and as long as it is "moving" I can't file a claim. I will resend with FedEd. Oh and she admitted that it a package can sit on a desk for a year and as long as someone scans it every day its considered "moving". My documents will be invalid in 3-1/2 weeks. Absolutely the worst.
Ive had packages from Amazon shipped to Afghanistan in 3 days, and steaks sent that made it in 5 and still partially frozen. And they're telling me a document envelope is sitting in customs. Im calling BS. Absolute worst customer service.

** Well its day 42 of my 6-10 day delivery to Nepal package. As of the 13th of Sept., its still in Chicago. **

*** It is now Oct. 12th, now 2-1/2 months since date of mailing. It is now, supposedly, on its 3rd trip to Nicaragua. I have had multiple conversations with customer service, as well as the International Research Dept. Basically they say they can't grab my package to do a return to sender as it is international. I also have it documented in an email that the package was bar-coded incorrectly. As such, I will be attempting to obtain a refund presenting all my documentation. Chances are, this package will indefinitely be looping around the country with infrequent trips to Managua.***
****FINAL UPDATE Post office sent me an email and finally admitted they "lost" my envelope. They included a claim form already filled out only needing my dated signature and a copy of my receipt to get my refund. Signed it, dated it, sent it in with my receipt copy. About a week later I get a letter in the mail saying my claim has been denied for an incomplete claim form. I'm done, I've had it, they win. I will not put myself through any more stress attempting to get my money back. It is impossible to engage the utter IMCOMPETENCE I had to deal with at every step. I ended up spending $210 to have the documents sent by DHL and they were in the recipients hands on the day they told me they would, arriving just over a week after sending from the US to Nepal. Expensive but now my son has his new passport and USPS can suck a big one.****

Damaged items, crushed packages, items somehow sent to the other side of the country when they were JUST IN MY TOWN. USPS has become worthless.

Crappy service

I sent my mail thru USPS International Priority to Philippines Aug 17,2022 and supposedly will arrive in 6-10 days and until now it did not arrive. Poor delivery service. I don't know what happened to my documents as it was important documents. Dont use their so called priority mail its worthless. Take your business to FEDEX they will secure your mail. It only takes 3 days to expedite and secure and it will arrive.

Bad Service

The service was very poor, the package was sent back before the deadline, they refused to inform me of the location of the package and refused to return it to me. Different customer service staff gave different answers to the same question, always shirking responsibility and refusing to compensate.

Incompetent is an understatement

USPS has got to the most inept company there is. I sent my very important medical records to a major hospital in Maryland by way of priority mail express because I really needed to get them there and they were supposed to be delivered next day. We're multiple days out and they still are not delivered but through tracking I've got to watch them being bounced all over Maryland and going pretty much everywhere except where they're supposed to go. First they were rerouted to Linthicum Heights MD, then to Rockville MD, and then to Gaithersburg MD. I have no clue where they're at currently. If I wanted them to take several days to arrive I would have sent them through the standard $#*!ty USPS mail and not spent over $26 to overnight an envelope weighing only 4 ounces. I've never delivered mail or been to Bethesda MD but through simple gps I'm pretty damned sure I could very quickly find the National Institute of Health in Bethesda MD. It's a very large and major medical research facility that is very well known nationally so it's not like it's some tiny hole in the wall clinic out in the middle of nowhere. I know that privatizing the US mail system has been discussed many times before and perhaps we need to make that happen. No private company would tolerate the waste, inefficiency, and incompetence that is so routinely displayed by the USPS.

I sent an overnight envelope out on Aug 3rd the receiver just received it today (Aug 23rd). I sent a package out regular mail on Aug. 12 it should have been delivered Aug. 15 it has not arrived yet. I tried tracking it with the number provided and the website says it does not exist its not a valid tracking number. What is wrong with USPS our mail is very important do they not get it.

Don't believe the hype

Recently my son joined the AirForce and moved across the county. He asked me to send some personal items, which I promptly boxed and took to the local post office. I asked for options, and paid the up charge for express, and received tracking info. Of course my box did not get to its destination on time… funny thing is it will be received the same day that the regular shipping would have arrived. Save your money and don't expect too much.

Going Nowhere

I ordered a product to be shipped. I have been tracking it. Seems funny how it was on track until it hit Memphis(2 times) 4 days ago and now it's delayed and there is no tracking available other than the site saying in transit for the last 2 days. The town its going to in Arkansas is not 2 days away. Im very disappointed that its taking this long.

I visited the Bremen Ga location on 08/12/2022 to mail my best friend who had passed to her daughter. KiKi waited on me and I had the best customer service ever in my life. KiKi made an uncomfortable situation a lot less uncomfortable, she handled the packing and labeling of the package as if it was a member of her own family. GREAT JOB KIKI!

Just tried to change my address 4 times on the website. Kept saying I was putting the wrong expiration date. Only the card was right in front of me but the crazy part is that it still took the money from the card for alil bit lol. Just baffling lol. An ive seen on other places that this was happening as far as 2 years ago. Thats sad for a place that makes 100s of millions. Youd think theyd fix something like that after all the complaints.

Always having problem in delivery.

This is insane. I bet it's not the first time or second time that USPS have done this. Barely NONE OF THE MAILMAN KNOCK THE DOOR MORE THAN ONCE. I was home for an entire day and I heard no door knocking. Then I saw the redelivery form stating that no one is in home responding. Like if I ever heard that! It's the second time I received this kind of redelivery form. I contact them again yesterday and they said they will send it on today. I sat in front of the door today for the entire morning and afternoon, I see no USPS truck STOP BY. This is ridiculous and shameful that the mailman did not knock the door and just tape the redelivery form inside the envelop. THIS IS TERRIBLE.

They need to start a investigation on how many packages come up missing. Their tracking is never correct on when to expect one. Took off work many times because one has to be signed for then it never shows. Can't just keep taking off day after day waiting for the slow post office to decide when they are going to deliver it. As I said the FBI needs to step in and stop this theft business.

A letter I mailed weeks ago was just returned to me because the address I had written was supposedly not legitimate. I looked it up again and saw I had gotten it correct, and after showing it to several others, it was deemed neat and legible. Are postal workers too lazy to look up zip codes, just not "feeling it"-or what? This wouldn't have occurred 30 years ago, but no one cares to do their job with any integrity these days, and all that neither rain, nor sleet crap has apparently died! Even the postal service has dumbed down-pathetic when a legit address can't be found by their own.
