Thry will take money for extra requirements and will never pack eyeshadow or fragile cosmetic with proper bubble wrap and then they will not even provide thermocol peanut for safety of package, as it travel from usa to india, my things broke so badly. I wont suggest to use them. I have been having problems with them since last year and all my shipment came with broken stuff.and when i asked money back from PayPal they asked for return of things from india to USA, without return, and that is also not sure if they will refund the amount as insurence is just 1$ which is not even the cost of product. Sk plz save your money and choose better forwarding house.
They are fraud now. They used to be good though but later, they decided to show their true colors. They charge hefty amount for incorrect weight and don't even bother to refund that excessive amount. Charging more 60 bucks for a package weighing less than 2.2lbs for FL is insane. Won't recommend them to anyone now. Hope you perish soon.

Signed up usgobuy.com and received the packages at their warehouse. This is a scam website - potential customers please be aware
- shipping from US to Asia via DHLExpress costs almost 100 USD
- nobody picks up the phone at the customer support phone (except some Chinese IVR)
- email response took days to respond
- PayPal and Visa is not available in some countries (e.g. Vietnam) Website does not explain why
- Only wiretransfer is allowed and extra 16$ charge is added - Website does not explain why
- Billing Address of credit card must match the destination address of the shipping
- Verification of billing address and destination address is done only once (Customer support does not explain why)
- Customer support name 'Monica' emailed to ask her boss 'Jason' who did not reply to emails for explanation and solution to make payment
- Only webmoney payment is allowed and WebMoney conversion rate to USD and EUR is a rip off
- USGOBUY forces the customer to use their wallet so that they can keep the unused funds in their wallet; cashing out from their wallet is also an additional cost
- if you want to check the photo of the parcels is an additional cost
- customer support Monica said they can return the goods to the online merchants and did not offer any solution for payment although legitimate bill address was provided from a Singapore Bank and a Singapore address
All in all - potential customers. Beware of these facts. If you have any questions do not hestitate to contact me. My case is still open and I am at their mercy to provide a payment solution so that I can pay for the shipping cost to ship from US to Vietnam.

Actually, as a package forwarding agency in USA, we encounter a lot of frauds cases every day. Most of them are reported by the merchant or the holder to use frauds credit cards for shopping, or abuse our address as billing address. At that time we have to suspend or close their account and ask them to provide necessary information to verify identification.
If you don't have supportive payment methods you have to be verified before we support your payment via PayPal or credit card. Unfortunately your registration IP, shipping address, birth country and nationality are three different countries. And your payment is via PayPal without a shipping address and unverified, which means it's not covered by PayPal's seller protection policies and programs.

I really don't recommend to anyone to use usgobuy cause these people are really disgusting when it comes to customer care, they will trap you to use Alipay and WebMoney.
I don't understand If you guys don't accept the Paypal then why you mother f*kers keep displaying on the homepage.
Also, there is no response to my emails.
The company owner seems to be a Chinese to me and not very helpful, I told them I'm having a problem to pay via wire transfer and the other payments which are available to my country ( India) are Alipay & Webmoney I don't trust them as I'm not ok to upload my passport copy and also the app is band Alipay and I don't understand the Russian language to use WebMoney so the only option I had was wire transfer which is not working as my bank is rejecting the payment.
This is a clickbait by adding a PayPal visa or master card on the homepage but deep down inside the website when you chat with customer care they say we don't accept Paypal nor visa or other cards.
Now my package is held by the company, I'm frustrated with them.

At present, we accept PayPal, Credit card, WebMoney, My E-wallet to pay shipping fee online. There are two ways to charge the E-wallet, Alipay, Wire Transfer.

I've been forwarding my packages with them for 3 (almost 4) years now and they felt like screwing me over now. This was the second time they refused to forward my packages yet they did not contain anything that could be remotely classified "prohibited" even by their lists. They refuse to offer solutions and only say "send us the prepaid return label" what kind of customer service is this? It is a joke! Unwilling to help and not transferring back the money for cancelled shipments which THEY cancelled. Bunch of scammers.
It seems that there are disputes on the contents in your parcel. Since your parcel has been shipped there are no methods to verify. Could you send us the link of the item so we could report your case to the supervisor and find further solution?
