Techs have been very personable and very helpful. My computer background is somewhat limited, they were very patience and explained all my questions and made me feel comfortable with the product purchased.

The experience with the two ladies who assisted me for many hours to solve a major problem with my printer were very proficient. They worked diligently and patiently with me. It was a much better experience that I had with the gentleman who assisted me earlier.

Overall experience: Outstanding service and customer service at its best.

The price was quite high since i am a long time customer with norton, they did help with the problem thou. Like i said everyone else i have heard does not charge service calls when your a customer. Anyways tks to the person or persons that fixed my computer
