I had my doubts if this was going to solve the issue, it took 5 hours and 5 different techs. To solve this issue. Dogs and children in the background made me wonder.

The technician was polite and courteous and more than willing to help. My only complaint was that no one called me when the work was completed, and I needed to get online to take care of personal matters.

Cess was very professional, helpful, and explained what was needed in order to resolve my computer issues. I'm very pleased.

John was very helpful and pleasant to talk to and he explained what was going on with my computer and I was very satisfied with him,man my computer is fixed thanks to him.

I logged into the official Norton Antivirus Website, and I ended up at US Global Tech, who are a contractor for Norton Symantec; but thank you for your help. I'm not sure if they are affiliated with the BBB. You might want to do your background work on them. Other than that, all went well. A bit pricey!
