Rodel, made the whole expericence easy for me...I am 85 years old and had a very bad experience with a HACKER in my computer...Rodel, put me at ease...the price was a little more than I expected but, it wil work our fine...again, Rodel explained the procedure and the care that I will get...after the work had been finished Alfred, called and told me how he had cleaned up my computer...It is abbout 4:30 thursday afternoon and Rodel has just called checking on your service...I GIVE EXTRA HIGH marks to RODEL for the way she put me at ease...I hope the US GLOBAL service equals this great service I have received...

I called for assistance with my McAfee program. Rodell handled a complete clean up of the computer, which due to my negligence was not running at it's full capacity. Very friendly and thorough, was very helpful in making sure I understood what needed to be done to fix my computer. I'm not a technical type of person, but she helped me through that.
Global tech resolved the issue, but it took a long to time to accomplish it.
I called because I was having trouble connecting my wireless Canon printer. The technician was patient and understanding. He explained everything as he went and was VERY helpful!
