GS GLOBAL fixed my PC and Printer. I am always skeptical of what ever I "click on", so the future will tell I will say, I am satisified with the personal that worked with me and hope everything works out. My PC, and printer is running good now. My fingers are crossed.

Zarina was my technician and she was wonderful. Took the time to explain and was very patient with me. In the future, if I need help I hope she will be able to assist me.

Always have had very good response times and technician has always taken care of my problems. Really great service!

They were very helpful but it took over four (4) hours from beginning to end.

Nice to have a tech that speaks english that I can understand

The first time the computer worked on the day it was fixed and then the next day we had the same problem. The second time that it has been fixed it looks that they disabled the pop up from Norton and fixed the issue with Internet Explorer by putting on a newer version with Ad Blocker. I am happy with the service.

I contacted HP customer service who said they would call me back. I got a call from your company; at first I thought it was a scam call. Is here somehow you could advertise your partnership My service was so professional and saved me from a lot of worries. Ever.y
