They seemed to be very helpful and understanding of my situation. They understood that they were
Dealing with an elderly person. They (Rotel) seemed to be very compassionate and patient with me.
The young person that took over my machine called me twice to let me know he was working on it and then he called again when he had finished. I find my screens seem to be moving much faster.

Christine was very clear abut the issues with my laptop. Was surprised that the software I purchased did not cover the issues I had and that I had to spend another ~$100 to get it fixed. Hopefully we won't have to do a major overhaul again.

The tech seemed to have to try several times to get certain things, that should be fairly quick and easy for a person experienced with AOL procedures. Transferring contacts from the old account to the new and forwarding emails to the new account from the old address should not have taken so long.
