Marmam,I really am satisfied with your expertise in working on my device.I have used many services such as HP Smartfriend and they are not near as knowledgeable about code and OS as you.Mostly they they are rude and their job is just a way to get from point A to point B.They do not understand plain English and get very testy if you cannot understand their accent.as far as help.most would be a waste of time.They do not call to see if everything is working because there company boss cracks a whip and has no people skills.You have to gain the trust of the consumer first.then when he sees you are there to help not steal,they let you in.Marman you have those skills.You only need a mentor to help advise you in certain situations that are rare.If I were you I would contact the SBA for funding to open your own business.On day you will be a hugh success.Ask your employs to do some a task.When it is done,you have to make sure to thank them.They will fight to have you as their supervisor or boss and will not Question anything you ask,instead they will be the finest workforce because respect demands respect.You show them respect and you will get respect and a very happy workforce that will be better employes than any other company has.Do these things and in 5 years you will not believe how your life has changed and your employs lives have improved! They will enjoy coming to work and you will many happy customers.Just never lie to them or any customers.Treat your people like you want to be treated and do not look back.I have seen both sides on many jobs in my life.This works!Unite with your workers,instead of us against them.Thanks,Marman Dream Big!
