First time I contacted the website, I was told I'd receive a phone call from a tech within 15 minutes. That didn't happen. The next day I contacted the website again and got a call in about 5 minutes and he solved my problem in a few minutes. He was very efficient.

I don't know much about computers, but the people I spoke to answered my questions and explained what my options were. They were courteous and helpful

John is the person I spoke with and He was very nice and professional. I am 82 and do not very well and not very knowledgeable on computers. He was real patience with me and took over and got the job done

2nd time user, always professional and complete task at hand.

The technician that worked on my problem was very efficient and thorough.He solve my printer issues and even got rid of many applications I did not need nor use. All in all I'm very satisfied with the service that was provided to me.
