I had a lot of very bad things going on inside my computer and was so overwhelmed and overtaken by infiltrated disaster, viruses to my computer from hacker(s) & a less than good, adequate anti virus software as protection, to a point, I no longer had control over my Apple laptop, due to it being so infected, etc. So, I sought HELP and connected with USGlobal Tech, *******277 for their help. I can't say enough how grateful I am for their outstanding service that I received from their technicians, Jen, Emma, Jasper, Patrick. Each One OUTSTANDING! And, reason I'm taking this time to spread the word & TY USGT on your products AND, on your company's service, knowledgable, patient technicians and, who went the extra mile to help me get my laptop back in tip top shape. I am 79 years old and depend on my computer very much. I am an active landlord and business owner. I have used your services in the past and have always been satisfied. This time I lost everything after a M.S. Update - everything - my e-mails, MS office, XL - The first tech rep I worked with attempted to restore through M.S. - my computer when into an 9 hour spin cycle with no results other than getting over heated.
When I made contact the next day with US Global I worked with Jo Jo. Jo Jo worked with me over the next two days - He was so polite and understanding and tremendously helpful. My US Global Tech, Patrick, gave excellent service. He did some work to my computer and assured me that it does not have a virus. I was worried about this from a comment from a previous tech last night, that a virus might be the issue when he tried four ways to do a remote control, none of which worked. He also created a system restore point, which I requested. We discussed print head issues I had been having, and advised how to handle them. He is a great technician, pleasant and really knows his work.
