Your technician and customer service person were very helpful and courteous. The technician I have worked with several times now and he always helps me and goes "above and beyond" consistently. It is a pleasure doing business with Global Tech because of the great customer service always provided by my technician today and previously!

I had issues instilling McAfee after downloading an update for media flash player. While updating Flash Player I picked up a CTD(CyberTransmittedDisease) which totally jacked up my system. Tech support was able to remove all viruses and install my McAfee Software in a timely manner. With great professionalism. Eileen at Xtension 2017, was also supper awesome as she prevented me from getting swindled by another internet "Help" company. You know what they say if it don't feel right it probably isn't. After speaking with her and building that rapport I knew that she was the best way to go. I greatly appreciate the support and all the help your staff has provided me.

This young lady is why your company beats Webroot, Geek Squad, And all the numerous malware programs and tech support teams I have I have tried! Your employees make your company! My technican, MARY is excellent

My technican, MARY is excellent. She excels in knowledge, step-by-step instructions and lots of patience. She stayed on the line and worked all the steps for me in a backup and restore. Since my knowledge is very limited on this subject, she completed all the steps necessary to do the backup and restore.

I am very grateful to Global Tech and MARY to her work with me. She went beyond what she had to. Global Tech is very fortunate to have her. I want to acknowledge MARY to her manager!
