US Global Tech and the technician was courteous and conscientious, giving me and the problem respect. I was assured my virus' would be eliminated all the while having the ability to monitor the process. Upon completion I received a courtesy phone call.

The people with whom I was connected when contacting Kaspersky, and ultimately Global Tech, her helpful and very patient when I didn't understand some of the questions asked of me. I would highly recomment this staff for their expertise and customer service.

The tech was very helpful, especially in explaining why I was having trouble with my email, etc. I will contact US Global Tech again if I cannot resolve issues personally.

I would like to use the computer for a couple of hours before I respond to these questions. As an quick answer without having tried working with the computer, the techs. Were very courteous and patient. They seemed knowledgeable and willing to help. If the computer works as well as their work ethic/willingness to serve, all will be OK.

The representative was very courteous and efficient and clear;y explained what he was doing.

I had problems printing things and connecting to sites, technician advised using Google chrome instead of Internet Explorer. That seems to be working and solving the problems I have had. I will try this and hope the problems are all over.
