Started out chatting with Michelle! Updated my info with her and she had Charlie call me and walk me thru the necessary steps. It was so easy and once finished someone called to let me know the process was finished. Very pleased with my experience.

I appreciated how the tech stuck with me until the problem was fixed. It took awhile but he stayed in touch, called me back when he said he would and was always professional and polite.

The Tech is very good. They go out of their way to fix the problem. They do a call back on their work. I am very happy with them.

Amazing experience! My only regret was not calling earlier. Three hours and my computer works like new again.

The communication was a real pleasure for settling a complicated problem for me to solve. It overshadow the only english speaking tech, as I am french speaking trying to explain the problem. But I enjoyed the conversation as we succeeded understanding each other, with the great patience of Melany.
