The services advertised, which claimed to provide authentic social media growth, turned out to be completely false. The profiles they delivered were evidently fake, lacking any genuine engagement or value. Furthermore, the support system they purported to offer was non-existent. Despite multiple attempts to reach out for assistance and resolution, my emails were met with silence, showing a clear disregard for customer satisfaction and service. I strongly urge anyone considering useviral.com for their social media growth needs to be cautious and seek more trustworthy and transparent alternatives. This company's practices are not only misleading but also potentially harmful to the integrity of your social media presence.

I cannot believe what they had done to me. I placed an order DEC 2nd. Support told me everything was good to go Dec6th. Then Dec 15 comes around… I'm still waiting for my order. I reach out to support and they tell me that my order was cancelled due to not providing the correct link. I said wow okay…. Your support literally told me everything was good to go. After I checked up with my order DEC 6. I sent support more than 10 emails. Nobody replied. Finally someone answers me and I send them everything they need. They take hours to reply. Out of frustration I tell them " I hate support" bc there support is the worse. Support then cancels my order. Says I'm abusing them. They threaten to leave me bad reviews on all my pages and websites … I got super pissed off by this I cannot believe they cancelled my order and threaten me just because I said I hate support. Wow..

Please be careful and do NOT buy from this website! I have bought an account from them, and they sent an account that is protected by a phone number. I have been contacting them for 2 weeks and they replied a few times saying "we will fix this soon" and then they started ignoring my email messages.
Whenever I contact them, they just say they will fix it, and they say "Thank you for waiting" and "Sorry for making you wait" and then they totally ignore me.
I lost money with them.
It's been 2 weeks folks, not 2 days! It's a total scam!

Quick to take the payment. Offered a very poor service - generic or bot type response received - very unimpressed with this company Please avoid them

The first order was really quickly done and I had no problems at all. So I tried ordering another 2 promotion sets but they didn't start even after 2 weeks. The support doesn't answer at all. You do not receive and Order ID and if you are still able to check your order, you do not see any progress, just the stuff you ordered but nothing more. But you receive 3 marketing emails per day. That's all. You might check for others - for example thesocialmediagrowth that has at least an overview page where you can really track the progress of your orders.

I placed an order for 50 Facebook followers and paid USD 6.50 for that service. Nothing happened No followers. Support silent. Very very bad

Prior to purchasing views I contacted useviral to find out if the views would watch the entire video. The response I received stated that the entire video would be viewed so I purchased 250 views based on this response. Having viewed my analytics since then I can say with 100% certainty that the views I bought did not watch the entire video as the engagement analytics for the video I purchased views for shows that the average views since the time I purchased is below 40 seconds (the video is over 30minutes).

I tried making two separate purchases. Each purchase collected funds from my account with out providing the purchased services. I have contacted support 3 times and no one has responded. Basically they just steal your money

They literally stole my money and thats it, i didnt get the account and the money is gone. They just put a screen on the website saying an error has occured and they didnt even send the accounts info to my email

I make my order with them 2 weeks no response absolutely fake and not working. They're 24/7 support is not working no answer from them in any way don't lose your money and time with them

This website is a scam which has a powerful media cover, don't try what i did. You can check first by ordering 10 followers, if you got any results, go for more whereas it's obvious you WONT GET ANY.

I recently made two separate orders with UseViral and I never received anything from them. I tried contacting them several times and never heard anything back. I should have listened to the other reviews online about this company taking people's money.

UseViral is a complete SCAM and should be shutdown. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Its just sht man. The followers disappear after 1 month. No customer support whats so ever. Work with someone more reliable.

I bought 100 IG PVA accounts. PVA stands for Phone Verified Accounts and they are not phone verified AT ALL. I am trying to contact them but they are not responding.

Payed for 10 reviews and only three received. The explanation was that only during the 30days of the order can answer

I paid to get followers with useviral. My account was debited but I didn't see anything. None of those contacts they provided is working. Please don't fall for this guys. I learnt the hard way.
