Used to be decent, now they are frauds.

Get this:
-UseViral does not send an email confirmation when the service has been completed.
-They don't send an email notification if the service is rejected or needs additional details to be completed. If you don't realize it and contact them for details, you lose your money. They never tell you they can't complete the order.
-They tell us to check the order status on the site ourselves except the statuses are not updated in real-time! They straight told me that! It's been 3 months since I ordered and it still says processing!
-Then I'm forced to contact support who is terrible. I have been emailing one support guy for weeks and still have not received one helpful update. I sent him the exact list of order IDs with the statuses of processing or rejected. He said he would send an excel sheet. I never received it. When I asked him to resend, he said he deleted it and will have to redo it again. Who in the world would do that? He STILL has not sent an excel sheet or addressed my list of orders. It's like going back and forth with someone who is severely challenged.

I tried everything to work with them and their support. Terrible terrible terrible.

I wanted to try to buy a few reviews for Trustpilot and Google. It started ok, the reviews came in. After a few days I went to check and all reviews were cancelled, in both websites. I asked to refill the reviews and their support said they would look into it. They never did of course.
Bottom line, I have paid for the service and I have a total of ZERO reviews from UseViral!

I would say it's 100% a scam.

I made a test order_I purchased small package_Last month and till now my order status is processing,they keep sending discounts on next purchases while they scammed my first order and I received nothing for the money I spent

A totally 100% scam website, I bought 100 premium followers on TikTok for a try, it shows premium are real people, when I checked every profile are fake. With weird post and weird profile. Obviously they are bots, everything is fake! DO NOT WASTE THE MONEY.

Scam! Buyer beware. Will not follow through on their end once they receive payment. All communication stopped. This is a fraud company. Reported it to my bank. The bank also states for company after doing their investigation.

I my accounts were not good and insta banned. I ordered 6 accounts and they were supposed to be high quality with phone number but none of them were and created on the spot.

I don't believe i got my my full order. Customer service is rude. Followers you have to delete they add no value. Wish i had of read the reviews first.

Just a scam. Just took my money ignored me then blocked me. Contacting my bank and reporting it as fraud. So many people will fall for it as I got their details of a rating website! Which they probably also made.

Nothing is clear, never expected to get followers in a different language (not even English) that look nothing but authentic. Would never recommend their services due to lack of transparency. Once contacted, attitude was terrible and of course not even trying to solve the issue. Hope this helps to avoid this kind of "service".

I tried this service and was a total scam, I made my order but what I got was totally different and NOT what I ordered, I bought 50 premium subscribers for my YT Channel, and got 50 standard that disappeared within 2 days, after numerous emails back and fourth I gave up, they would not have it and just said that I had ordered standard subs and not premium, even though I had paid the premium price….😡

They don't do anything. When I asked for a refund. They went silent on me. Worst ever. Do not use they are horrible I can not believe they are still in business

Ordered view hours and they were not provided properly. Their "support" was dismissive, brusque and unhelpful. I suppose that if you're paying someone to "cheat" the system you can expect to be cheated yourself.

I bought from them last month and many of my followers have dropped. I think they need to work on this or their business is not gonna survive for long. I had to refill my followers using a different service provider. I used Give Me Boost and thankfully they delivered real followers which have not dropped in past 25 days.

I have chosen to buy followers from my country. I got 1000 Chinese people with no real accounts! So disappointed

I have placed an order, money taken from account, settled payment, they cancel the order with absolutely no explanation. Luckily it was a low amount, but they are 100% scam.

Don't use useviral site. The are thieves, they will reply to your mails after purchase with any comments to deceive you, actually they do. Nothing. Thieves 100% thanks god i just tried 40$

Scam this company supplies a little at the beginning to lure you into larger orders. Then they no longer deliver at all. They are fraudsters. I will report you to the Internet Crimes Bureau. Stay away from them and spread your experiences so that more don't fall for these bandits. I'm looking for reputable providers and will use them to get these bandits. Because in the industry you know each other and you have a good reputation to lose.
Add: I still waiting, they send me everytime just excuses. Not delivered till now.

I made a purchase with them and have email threads with Jacob. He advised me that my order would be processed within 1-10 business days. It's been almost a month and my order status says "rejected." I reached out again stating my frustration and no response.

On March 5th, 2024, I made an order for 1,000 Indian Facebook followers, but they didn't give me even one Facebook follower. In fact, they do not provide any services and only steal your money. They are complete scammers. I contacted them via email multiple times, but they only gave me a fake response through email.
