Warning: My experience was bad. I ordered only 230 followers. I didn't get any. No replies to my emails and no money back. The company is dishonest.
Worst company I dealt with really bad quality followers literally twitter removed them within 24h customer service is just a scam
The company's address on their website and their number is a sham. They are actually based in DUBAI. Please don't use them. I have reported them to the FBI and BBB. Beware!
I contacted them and bought 2,500 followers. All the followers are BOTS even if they claim they are not. After a while, those 2500 fake souls start disappearing from my followers count. STAY AWAY FROM USEVIRAL. It's REAL

This company looks legitimate and lures you in with low prices. Once they have your money there are no results and no refund. Avoid using them.
I purchased 1000 FB website views, and heard nothing back for 3 days. The order status showed as "New" but nothing else. After three emails and then threatening to raise a chargeback, I received emails from the company under the name: Robert Jr. They informed me:
"Hi there,
Thanks for your message.
Unfortunately this service option is not working, sorry. We are in the process of removing it from our site.
We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused.
I have cancelled and voided the payment. This can take up to 10 days to show that the payment is no longer a transaction on your card. Rest assured it is on it's way.
As yet, I have not received the refund, and I am concerned that I will not.
I wrote back to them:
"I appreciate your email stating the service you advertise is no longer available, however, as you are an online business, this really should not be the case.
I would also say that there are laws against this, specifically with the ACCC in Australia, that you are falsely advertising products or services that you cannot supply, and as such, you are taking money under false pretences.
I will be reporting this to the ACCC, so they can investigate and form their own opinion on this, and they can decide if they wish to take appropriate action. "
I wouldn't even give them 1 star. Beware and do not use this company.
I paid for a service of watch hours to specific videos and its still processing. Almost a month, they won't refund my money or give me what i adking for. Horrible experience, stay far away from them
Do not buy their services. I earned $3.24 on my channel and cost me $73 for views. Won't help or refund
I just wanted to test the site ended up getting scammed, they are not legit how can they say my status is rejected. And it's suspicious when they say they handle ur request in 7 working days why that long and 72hrs to respond to your email. I just knew I was just scammed. And decided to come here and read reviews. And I'm seeing other negative comments about them too.
Try and call their Customer Service number, it is not operational. Google has caught on to this company.
I will never use this site again. They are running the biggest con site ever and you will just waste time and money. I can't believe I was so foolish to trust them, they will disappoint you! Stay away from this website! I had issue with them for almost a month and they didn't refill as what they've promised. Hardly respond!
