I paid for my order, then I wait more than 5 days, I didn't get anything, when I cancelled the order
They didn't send any refund,
Be carful guys, it's a fake.

I recently paid money to this useviral and they told me my purchase would be completed after 24 hours. Over a week later I got in contact and they told me they had not received my payment. I provided evidence of me paying and they still continued to tell me I did not make payment. 4 weeks later I was still chasing this. Rude staff. DO NOT USE

I ordered aged accounts and paid for them. My card got charged and I received an email with an order tracking link. I checked my status right after my card got charged and it said Rejected in order status. I have been sending emails to their support that I've been charged but I haven't heard back and why my status is rejected.

They haven't bothered to respond. Before this transaction, their support was active and I asked a couple of questions to which they responded within 12 hours.

They are a big SCAM. Won't respond back to you once they have your money. Again shows that India will always remain a den for scammers.

I requested 5 reviews and only got 1. Their customer support is not existent.

This is just a scam call company, avoid them at all costs.

We ordered their services, and waited 20 days but never received any service. So we contacted customer support and were informed the service we ordered was no longer available.The customer support confirmed a refund will be offered in 5-7 business days. We waited another 20 days, didn't receive any refund. Again, we had to contact customer support, then they informed us they don't offer a refund because "it passed 30 days".

This is a complete spam service, please stay away. We will also file a complaint to BBB for this spam service.

I would NOT recommend using this service. They are a scam. The followers I ordered showed up after two weeks of waiting only because I had to keep asking where they were then about a week after that, they've disappeared. So they took my money and I got no real followers from this order.

Scam site. Unbelieveable. Good thing I chose the lowest dollar amount $2. To test them out, nothing. No results whatsoever. Scam company that just takes your money, not even worth disputing the $2 charge. Enjoy the $2 gypsys.

I would give this 0 stars if I could. I feel like all the 5 stars were bots. I bought followers but never got them. I sent emails and there was no responds. And they took my money too like?!

Paid for reviews that were never received. They say they respond in 24 hours yet they never replied to any email I send nor did they actual place the reviews. Obviously at this point I accepted they scammed me of my money. Avoid you will just lose money with no way to refund it.

I paid for a plan that I never received. The charge was made, but my status is rejected and I do not receive my money back. I've sent several emails but they never responded.

All 20 reviews I purchased from UseViral are gone; Google deleted them. At first, all reviews will post. You'll be happy and you'll feel that it worked. As months passed, Google would remove the UseViral reviews - a couple at a time. It took 8 months for Google to remove all reviews.I'm glad I wasted only $120.

I bought 5 facebook accounts for 8 $ and I haven't received even a small answer as to why my order is not arriving. There is also picture of money they took from me. Always no more answers after i tell them ID of my purchase.

Don't bother, you'll see the work done disappear pretty quickly. Then they'll want you to be happy to have given them money for nothing. Save yourself the hassle and stay away.

This company is the biggest scam, all their review articles are sponsored, nothing is real about Useviral and Sidesmedia, their other website. Hope they'll get into Visa's blacklist soon

I never got them instead i got LAME excuses trying to put the blame on something else, asking for a refund or any compensation is out of the question, this is just a bogus BS service provider UK followers = UK FOLLOWERS instead i got ASIAN FOLLOWERS, i warned them and they have 48 hours to refund me or we will blacklist them on the search engines like they are not even available on TRUSTPILOT imagine why... PURE SCAM

Bought 2.5K followers recently. Zero engagement. Some member accounts have the same photo! (photo evidence below) Every member's profile I clicked on proved to be recently created.

This is the kind of trash you would buy on Fiverr. Save your money, guys!
