Useviral

They didn't complete "custom comment" order. After multiple contact attempts, they asked me to resubmit. After resubmitting, they provided a "random comment" service I didn't ask or pay for. Not only was the order incorrect, but none of the comments provided were complete sentences/words (see attached screenshot). My request for a refund were ignored. My bank provided the refund/credit to account.

I bought 53 reviews for 240usd last month. Till now not posted. I contacted their customers support via email, no response too.

Emailed company twice, called their "contact" telephone number (which disconnected immediately) concerning failed order fulfillment. I only received a bot response advising 24 hour response from Useviral, nothing else since then. It's sad because many of us are trying to build an online presence utilizing this type of service as a starting point. This one (Useviral) has to come along and mess the entire process up! Stay away business owners! It's not worth the headache!

I attempted to purchase a package from UseViral and my payment would not go through. I tried a different card and still nothing.
I had the wear with all to do a search on this company and I am so happy that I did. Now that I have seen so many negative reviews here I will be searching for a more reputable company.
I am a reviewer and for some unknown reason, I didn't think to read reviews ahead of time. I am really glad that the payment glitched or I would be in the same position as many others. I am truly sorry so many people had a negative experience.

After paying $129 for more You Tube subscribers, the numbers shot up after about one week, but almost immediately thereafter, shot straight back down. I have been onto their customer service repeatedly and just get some useless response that they are working to rectify it, but have done nothing. AVOID THIS COMPANY. WASTE OF MONEY

Bought twitter followers they ALL dropped. They send a scammy form email reply promising to add them back. Going to do a chargeback on my bank.

All followers are fake as hell. They have same photos, names (just number different). These followers do not even have organic engangament itself. SO I TRULY do not recommend it.

Ordered Arabic followers and got Pakistani ones. Made a complaint and the answer I got was that the result was out of their control. That's a joke

I have noticed for some time now that Useviral charge people twice for each transaction. They charge my bank card twice for each transaction. I guess that's why they take longer time than usual to make those payments posted.
I notify them that I will expose their evil deeds and perhaps write a review about their evil dealings. I have noticed this for some time now that is what they do. I will make sure I work with my bank to expose their evil dealings.

Don't use them. They are a total scam. They said it would take 1 month to complete the service. It's been a month and nothing has been completed. When I checked on my status, it said "Rejected". But I didn't get any notification or a refund.

It says on their website that they accept PayPal. Upon the checkout process, there is NO option to pay with PP! I sent them an email and they replied by saying that they are working on getting PP back. That was a week ago! Also, they have a USA address (Postal Annex box). On a second attempt to use my debit card, it was declined. I called my bank and was told that it was blocked - reason that it was a business from outside the US. Very deceptive, and not trustworthy!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are a scam nothing more than common day thieves like PayPal! I would have given -stars if possible! Do not use this service this is a warning to all! They steal your money then feed you rubbish excuses DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

UseViral review (Order #304):

I want to share my recent experience with UseViral, which was unfortunately disappointing. I placed an order (n°*******) for the acquisition of 250 French likes for my company on social networks. However, instead of receiving the French likes that I had specifically requested, I received Thai likes.

This was not the first time I experienced this problem with UseViral, as this was my second order with this company, and the same problem happened again. Receiving inappropriate likes can seriously tarnish my company's image, which is concerning.

Additionally, despite my repeated attempts to contact their customer service via email, I have not received a response, which is another source of frustration.

As a customer, I expected quality service and effective communication, but unfortunately my experience with UseViral fell short of my expectations. I believe it is essential for a company to honor its commitments to customers and resolve order issues quickly.

I recommend caution when deciding to work with UseViral, especially if quality of service and reliability are important to you.
