I ordered a copy of my birth certificate in August. The process was outlined well by forms. However, should after I mailed my form, I received a delivery confirmation email. I checked my mailbox and had not received anything, so called customer service. They were helpful in explaining that once my birth certificate application was mailed to Jeff City, receiving it could take many weeks. I understood that, but why send an email confirming delivery for me within days of mailing it out.
