They made it super easy for me to get my birth certificate. If I had done a tiny amount of research, I could have simply printed the form from the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services myself and saved the money. You still have to go get it notarized yourself anyway. I'd give them 5 stars, if they notarized and mailed it in for you.
