Dryer door will not close all the way and the light stays on also hot air blows out from around the door when turned on. Something is definitely wrong. Your policy states once you hook up and turn the Apliance on you can not return it. Well how about fix it! I received this washer and dryer set on Tuesday
7-19-16 around 4:00pm and hooked it up Wednesday night after I got home from work and was very disappointed to discover this problem!

I have shopped with US Appliance previously. Received white glove delivery on a television purchase in 2007. Great experience, wish I could get the same with this item but understand the install process is a little more complicated. Thanks! Happy Customer.

Ordering was fast, easy, and at top price. The delivery, however, left something to be desired. From the day i placed my order to the day it arrived was 27 days. Not quite what i was expecting. But i have my order, and it works well, and i'm basically happy with it.

When the unit arrived, I looked it over like I was told and it seemed ok. After unpacking it, I found a small scratch on the front cover under the pull handle for the door. Not sure what I'm supposed to do now.
