The Samsung refrigerator held up our order. Delivery took quite a bit longer than expected. The customer service personnel were a pleasure to deal with. Some of the items had dents from the shipping. US appliance gave us a discount for that. Overall it was a good experience.

I have bought appliances through U.S Appliance in the past and have been very satisfied with the results, that's why I am using them again. The product was fine but the delivery system left something to be desired. Original the time frame was 1-3 weeks, but after three weeks had expired and I had heard nothing I had to call. The customer service agent at that time said product in route, possible 2 days which turned in to 6 additional days, or a total of approximately 4 weeks. That is a long time without a refrigerator. I can understand having delivery problems, but from a customer point of view they should have called me and made me aware of the situation.
Very satisfied with the prices and varieties to choose from.
