Ordering was easy and the item was delivered in a timely fashion. It was well packaged too.
My order arrived 2 weeks later than I was told to expect it. If time is not a factor in the purchase, this is a great place to shop because the prices are good. My frustration was that we were readying our house to go on the market and this delay has caused us a great deal of stress, and many phone calls. Customer service was courteous, but they could not fix the time issue.
Overall, we had a very positive experience. We had an issue with the refrigerator that had damage from delivery, but US Appliance took care of it very quickly.
The price I paid was good however, the delivery was not satisfactory. I have to return the dishwasher for replacement. Also the fridge has a dent which I do not want to mention because that will also take along time for replacement. Tammi did a good job taking care of all that.

I placed a $2,500 plus order on 11/22/15. The delivery did not arrive until 2/8/16 and they were not at all proactive to try to resolve. I had to reach out to them to even find out what was going on after 5 weeks. Then they delivered the wrong color dishwasher and would do nothing to resolve. This company is awful.
