The website is easy to navigate and the prices are amazing. Customer reviews were part of the decision making process. My experience working with Franco has been phenomenal; all of my questions and concerns were addressed. My after purchase service is proving to be just as good, as Lynn has been very helpful. I highly recommend US Appliance.

I could not find the same appliance package locally for the price. Most stores are too expensive.
I bought 4 appliances, a package deal, online. They arrived on times and none were damaged.
They are all working and look great in my kitchen. I love the new slate color.

The delivery company left something to want, but happy with the products themselves and the pricing I paid. Delivery service could've been nicer instead of telling me to come downstairs and quickly dumping the appliances on my doorstep and whisking away.

Ordering and interaction with US-Appliance reps were easy and pleasant. The costs of the brand-name items (range/oven, fridge, and dish washer) were considerably below the market price.
The only concern so far is related to the delivery. We ordered at least 3 weeks before the required date, and the items were shipped almost instantly, but they were delivered 4 days after the required date. With no online updates from the transporting company, we made several calls to follow up. Since we missed the installation cycle with our contractor, we haven't installed them yet and will have to wait for couple of more weeks. I can't comment on the condition of the delivered items yet.

From the experience so far, I will consider buying from here in future, if I have considerable time for planning. Courteous and professional people & a great buy.

The dishwasher had a different water connection but this was not US Appliance's fault it was just a newer design.
We love it and it works great and silently.

Good price, delivered on time. Some small forklift denting on bottom of box and range out of sight after installation. Have not used the range yet.

Good Product and price but delivery and shopping experience needs a lot of improvements, the shipping time isn't clear on website, i had to call and peg to get the tracking number for products and found it coming from another state (which wasn't clear on purchasing), i buy online all the time, other merchant's will give you a clear estimate day "even if it's going to be delivered after a lifetime they give estimate" and it should be automatic to add the tracking to my account on your website, in short "try buying form Walmart and eBay and do similar if you really care to improve", at this second i need appliances but i bought it from a local distributor "online" even though it's cheaper in your website, but i won't go through this again ever.
