Navigating the site was easy. Got the price in the shopping cart which was a good price so I purchased. It arrived quickly and in good shape.

So far shopping was easy and when I called the company I was provided good information. Product delivered, great service from carrier and it took less time than expected. Only glitch was tracking. Someone from the carrier jumped the gun and put the product at the last point of transfer before final destination and didn't update it afterwards. Had to call to verify location enroute.
Some problems with the delivery service. But mostly a very good experience.

Looked around for new appliances after the appliances in my last appliance suite started to fail. Tried local brick and mortar places first and then went online to check pricing. No price match and they all wanted something for the delivery as well. Overall a good experience and appliances look great.

The automatic confirmation email that I received after I ordered was wrong. It stated that I would receive my appliances in 1-3 weeks. After checking back with them on my delivery time two weeks later, delivery time ended up being 4 1/2 weeks on my refrigerator. I was not told this but had to call and ask. Needless to say, if I had known this when checking out, I would've gotten it elsewhere.

Answer: Their website states there is a 60 day refund policy. A one day claim policy makes there 60 day refund policy false/deceptive advertising.
