This company displays unreal photos of the wigs. When I received my order, the wig was totally different from the picture and it is a very ugly and low quality wig.
Lisa, their contact person refused in several emails to provide the address for returns. She also refused to offer refund. This is a scam, please complain to stop them!

A fraudulent and scam site that displays pictures of wigs, they alleged that they're making it using human hair on demand, then it turns out that the pictures shown are celebrities and people with their real hair, and this site does not produce these products and does not return shoppers' money.
They stole 350 pounds from me and keep asking more for no reason!

I paid £82 for a short pretty, lace cap wig.
When it arrived l realised l had been conned. The picture l originally saw as being the wig l had ordered in a Sale, had been lifted from a legitimate wig company.
The wig l received was a curly, coarse haired mop, similar to something you would wear to a halloween party.
You have been warned!

They are advertised as British company but are not they make them in Hong Kong it is not hand tied or human hair as specified and big enough for two heads.

Purchased a wig from urhair and it was awful. Wanted to return but they came up with loads of excuses not to return. You can't get the address as they won't give it to you and offered me £25 out of £115. They state in their T&Cs that you can return for a full refund but they make it absolutely impossible. I advise you to think twice before spending your money with them as they don't adhere to what they put in print. I am so angry but what can i do I'm stuck

I ordered a real hair wig, straight shoulder length. Instead I received a very long curly synthetic wig. Even though they admitted it was a mistake they refused to give me a refund saying they made it just for me and it cost them money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They also advertise a London address, if I had know it was coming from China, I would not have ordered.

Please and see how many people have been ripped off by this company that says it will send you hair you see in photos and is human hair only to look nothing like what you ordered and not be human hair. And then send endless emails with not refunding you like webpage says it will and tries to get you to buy more wigs at discount! They will NOT refund you and I've had to ask PayPal to get involved to try and get my £194 back and people have reported to trading standards as it's a scam company from China. Do NOT Buy from them! And tell other people.!

I unfortunately ordered from this site, The wig supplied was, WRONG COLOUR, WRONG STYLE, WRONG LENGTH
I complained... BITTERLY... LUCY informed me that i would need to dye it and cut it to the style i wanted, the best they could offer was 12% refund.
Luckily I had paid with Paypal and I found a return address on the shipping label, I got my money back and returned the $#*! to the address I had found.

Bought a real hair wig from this company thinking it was based in the UK, Once the wig arrived it was synthetic and looked nothing like the listing. I contacted the company asking for a return address, I heard nothing for 5 days of constantly mailing them.
The company is based in China although it advertises a. co.uk mailing address, they will not give a return address, without going through a process of offering partial refunds if you keep the wig.
I was lucky I paid through paypal and asked them to get involved, it took me 4 weeks of constantly messaging this bogus company and phoning paypal before I got a full refund. I was one of the lucky ones. Do not use this company they rely on vulnerable people to place an order, then cause them lots of unwanted stress they do not need. This company sells inferior products for top money and will try anything to keep your money. I now have the address provided by Paypal if anyone needs it I will provide it for them

The wig I received was nothing like what I ordered. They will not give me a refund and say it will cost me to much to return it and it might get lost in the post. I paid almost £70 and they are offering me no more than 20% and keep the dreadful wig which I wouldn't wear. There is no customer care whatsoever with these people. Please do not buy from these people as you will just waste your money.

I bought a blue ombré wig from the UrHair website and paid in good faith. After order confirmation, Lucy advised they no longer offer this wig and asked me to choose another. I wanted a blue wig so asked for order cancellation and a refund. Then I received a notification that the order for the nonexistent wig was in processing. That was confusing! I have repeatedly contacted Lucy asking for order cancellation and refund. She responds with increasing discount offers, now at 50%, to select another wig I don't want and wouldn't buy from here. Latest excuse is the order is in processing and can't be cancelled. How? The wig doesn't exist. What's being processed. Am now raising complaints with PayPal.

You can buy a better looking wig from a fancy dress shop. They are nothing like the pictures on the site. They offer a guaranteed 30 day refund. That's a bare faced lie. After repeated emails its not happening. We were conned. Lots of others have been conned. Don't get conned. Please go somewhere else

This company is not based in UK. It's based in China and practices fraudulent business. Wig purchased was not as promised with clips sewn in, customer service was $#*!, wig with fake hair when promised Remy hair. They are trying not to refund my 250 pounds. They are liars and will keep your money.

Wish I could give no stars. Please do not buy from this company. They are absolute thieves. I ordered a wig, it came but did not look nice at all. I put everything back in it's original packaging and emailed them to return it considering no where on their website does it state they don't accept returns, after emailing back and forth for over 2 months now I still haven't received my money back. Over £90 gone down the drain. Please save yourself the headache!

Do not buy from this Chinese Company pretending to be a UK Company. I was so excited waiting for my wig to be delivered. When it eventually arrived I was sooo disappointed. It was just like a fancy dress wig not the silvery blonde that I expected, but bright yellow. I have not got the time or energy to send it back. I was so unhappy i put in straight into the bin. This just to warn anyone else considering buying from them. It is an expensive lesson to learn

This company thrives on people's vulnerability and takes their money and refuses to refund you. My Mum purchased a wig from them, it was so horrendous we didn't even take it out of the wrapping. They refuse to provide any refund details, send you emails which make no sense as they can't speak English and basically they must be breaching every consumer law in this country. You will not get your money back. Don't waste your money with this horrible company run by the scum of the earth who are just out to get money any way they can. I wish I had done more research about them. Buyer beware - they are fraudsters and thieves. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

None of the facts stated on their website are GENUINE!
There's a UK address on it and a picture of a group of professionals suggesting that you're dealing with resl experts... IT'S ALL A BIG FAT LIE!
This is a Chinese company and you get the worst quality wig I've ever seen in my entire life!
When you ask for a refund you get a pushy response, which has obviously been translated by google as some of the sentences were plainly laughable, asking you to give the wig a chance!
I paid £179 for a wig that would be embarrassing to wear even on Halloween!
I can live with losing £179 but the disappointment and anger I felt after over a month of waiting for my supposedly' real looking wig' is way more upsetting.
Spare yourself this aggravation STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO GET AWAY WITH THIS BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS PEOPLE WHO BUY WITH TRUST! STAY AWAY STAY AWAY!
