Used to love shopping for my daughter at urban planet Erin Mills but now I hate going in. Customer service sucks big time. The attitude starting from manager to the ladies working there is terrible. The company policy also for return or exchange needs to be reviewed because a customer that spent money in your store shouldn't have to be put through interrogation just to exchange or get store credit.
I was a frequent online shopper of urban planet, normally my orders would be shipped to my house within 24 hours. During a 50% sale I decided to buy 2 jackets in different colours. When I finally received my order it only contain one out of the two jackets I purchased. I contact them and said they would look into it and let me know in 5 days. It's been now a week with no respond, no refund! I have tried contacting them and i have not received an answer! Be aware with this store! Horrible costumer service! I feel like I been scammed out of my money!
1. I put 2 tops on hold and when i asked for my 2 tops, the lady wasn't even smiling and just handed me my shirts and said "ok there"
2. I was in line to pay and when i was ready to pay, the employee was mumbling something, and i said "oh pardon" and she said "um... i wasn't talking to you"

I ordered an item listed under Girls' Clothing, but it came in a Woman's size. It took over TWO months for them to respond to my email, and they didn't offer to correct the situation. The email basically said they could do nothing. I will never shop from this store again.
So I ordered something May 17 to be shipped to my local store so I can get free shipping. ITS LITERALLY ALMOST A MONTH LATER, and it's still in transit, they said it would take 5-7 business days but it's more than that. I usually don't get mad and am very patient with things like this but I emailed the customer service, NO ONE ever answers me. I call the help line and NO ONE answers me. I don't know what is happening I just want my stuff and I can't even get in contact with them. The help like goes straight to voicemail and they never call you back. I am stressed so much because they steal your money and never ship out the stuff you need. AND ITS INSANE I WANT MY MONEY BACK
Do not order from here! Returned my entire order except for 2 items and they didn't refund me for 5 of the items! Have been contacting them for weeks, their policy says they'll contact me in 2 business days! Haven't heard anything! Disgusting customer service, they are thieves!
The manager at The North Vancouver store scanned a wrong item when we bought some shorts. I went back a few days later to exchange it. He was supposed to correct his own mistake but instead he said, "I am helping you." As if I DID SOMETHING WRONG! I didn't appreciate his attitude and I said to him "you are accusing me of doing wrong. I didn't do anything." The word "accusing" somehow triggered him and suddenly he was very angry and decided not to "help" me any more. He told me to prove that he made a mistake. I could have proven his mistake with security camera recording. But he didn't want to check it.
It is cheap clothing store so we shouldn't expect super service. But not admitting or accepting his mistake, especially as a manager?
If you shop, make sure to check your receipt. If a wrong item is scanned by a worker/ manager, IT WILL BE YOUR FAULT!
Eastgate mall in stoney creek, ontario has very rude condescending sales associates. They talk badly about customers, infront of other customers as one leaves. Its very unprofessional. They have no mannerisms at all, they make customers feel uncomfortable when checking out because of their bad attitude. People have bad days, but you dont take it out on other customers and talk badly about people for no reason at all

Don't shop online, they're supposed to refund me almost $200 worth of refined goods and I haven't heard a peep. I don't know what to do, I'm furious
I was in one of their stores a few weeks back and although I paid with a credit card and told the lady it was visa she put it through as debit and it went through because the accounts are linked. I now have a transaction fee on my bank account because they made a mistake and are unwilling to admit it or fix it. Their customer service is pretty crappy if you try to get help too, seriously don't shop here.
This is such a $#*! company, with cheap, junk clothing. And when they don't send you the correct order or are missing items, they ignore you and will not get back to you. Customer service reps have no idea what they're doing or talking about. DO NOT order anything online from them! Don't waste your time or money!
I have purchased from this site before and I always order to my work address because they usually deliver during the day.
I ordered something last Friday at 3pm and saw that 24hr shipping was an option. I ordered it to my apartment because I was going to be home for the following 24 hours.
My package didn't show up and I had to leave my apartment for a bit.
Long story short they left the package at my door and someone stole it from me. I'm not saying it's Urban Planets fault for crummy people but if the 24 hour delivery had ACTUALLY happened then my mail wouldn't have been stolen. Now I'm out $78. Not impressed.
I ordered online and purchased the express shipping. Over a week later I had still not received my package and the courier they use was listing my package as cannot be found' after two days of calling all the numbers I could find for both urban planet and their courier I was told that they could not ship to the address I had used (and have used previously) and that I would not be refunded my express shipping purchase OR given any compensation for their mix up. Still have not received the package or a refund.
How come I had to stand in a line up at your avalon mall store gor 25 mins when there was only 2 of 7 registers open, numerous associates on sales floor and a lady behind the cashes with her head in paperwork ignoring everyone. Why didnt they react to the line up and open more cashes, wont br back
It has been 10 days since I placed my order and have not received any updates on it. I chatted with the online chat service chat representatives twice and they are not able to let you know exactly when the order will be ready, WTH?. It definitely does not compare to the online customer experience of other Canadian stores. I am very disappointed cus I needed the items for a summer trip. I hope I get my refund soon. I will continue to shop at the stores but never again online!
I did get a refund eventually. They got back to me via email but it took them a while. Not a fan of the company for making the process so hard and drawn out. I will continue to shop in store but will never order anything online from them ever again.
I bought a shoe and a overal dress and the items I thought were coming in one shipment. However I never got my shoes which I paid 39.99 for. It says everything was delivered and I wrote a ticket for some customer support but it's been more than 24 hours and they said they Would reply in 24 hrs. No reply. When you call they just make you believe you might actually talk to a real person but that's fake too. No matter what time I call it goes straight to voice message claiming 'all the reps are currently busy assisting other customers ' bull shit. I called 8:30 am when it just opened up their calls and you still can't get anyone. They say that all reps are busy. Who's calling urban planet so early in the morning. Also why don't they just make it ring instead of putting it to straight voicemail like every other normal company. I'm so pissed that they're not getting back to me considering it's such a big company and not a insta hoe boutique or something. It only gets 2 stars cause I got my dress so
Customer service is so bad i called so many times no one replying i left many voice call still no call back. I purchased one top from urban behavior, metrotown Burnaby. I paid for it and cashier didn't removed censor tag. When i get back to them after 4 days i asked there to help me in this regard. The lady said she is the store manager and talk to me so rude. Just because i couldn't show a proof they didn't help me. I m having a tag on my top. Still no help. I couldn't do my shift just because i need to go back store. I didn't expected store manager talk to me like she is superior no value for humanity. She is not ready to listen anything. I wasted my time and money.
While shopping at Urban planet, not a single worker said hi or anything our entire experience and there was about five other customers (not busy).
As I was about to purchase items, I'm told to get more for a great deal, items I picked were clearly on the same rack I had chosen other items I had brought to the counter and with same items of different sizes and colours. And he told me they were not part of the sale.
They tried to get me to pay full price on those sale items that should have been free. I did not buy them because both items should have been free which is why I picked them out...
Again, only person that said a single word to us was the cashier advising me to get two more sale items (buy one, get two free)
My favourite yoga pants come from urban planet/behaviour. I have very long legs & most aren't long enough in other stores. My roommate washed my two newest pair with something that ran & ruined them. I called both of my local stores & they were completely sold out. I went on line for my Karma pants, one pair with a black & white waistband were 50% off $12.50. Another pair with hot pink & white were $24.99. Shipping was a flat fee of $5, I also googled discount codes & found a few one for 10% off, the other for $5 off. The latter gave the bigger discount. All told my order was $42 and change. Placed order on Tuesday & received package on Thursday. Amazingly fast for $5 shipping! Pants are correct size & look as described, extremely pleased.
Answer: If it's open, bring the items and the reciept. The return policy where I am is till January 9th. You can get store credit or exchange but they do not offer refunds. If you do not have the reciept most stores allow an exchange. If the items were final sale they may allow an exchange but they are technically final sale.
