I have also an agency, so i applied for a job and yesterday i have completed a job for motion graphic by 2 days and where i got payed well and appreciation by client. You can see in every detail the high level of professionalism. The site is clean and beautiful, you have the relevant information, many features and even a desktop software. But, for me, the most important thing is the amount of work with Moodle, that you can't find anywhere else. I use and recommend.

There are better freelancing platforms than Upwork. They will occasionally request a random interview and don't mention they charge service fees upon sign up. Also, there are a lot of online threads about account suspensions out of the blue. This platform is like one of those apps that go bad after an update!

I earn my living with upwork. I have worked with many companies arround the world. With upwork, I win an experience that I could not have in my country.

Certain things like problems as customers are normal and I believe that it is not within reach of the platform to solve this since it is something human.
