It's the only company give me all kind of problems with they service. Drivers left packages Al over campground, or sending it back.Unfortunately some Amazon sellers don't have any other options to send a package, if they do I would never use UPS they are suck, nothing but problems.They should at least send you a picture where they dropped your stuff. No responsibility for nothing make drivers dropping packages wherever or maybe never deliver it and says it was delivered. No thrust for UPS at all.
If you have option to use some different delivery, do it.Do not use them!
Phone was out for delivery friday now 3 days later its on delay. Fed Ex brought the case in 24 hours..
Pretty bad company. They say they attempted to deliver but the person was not available. They are lying as they don't contact you at the delivery time - no text, no calls, no doorbells.
I contacted customer service twice asking them to tell the delivery person to contact me on arrival. They said I will be notified but I didn't.
The third time they delivered the item on another floor inside my building which I wasn't aware of. I had to search for it when they marked the delivery as complete.
Never on time just excuses all the time.

Personal effects were packaged by UPS store and shipped from Toronto to British Columbia. At time of shipping cargo insurance was purchased at the UPS store. Computer arrived damaged and damage was noted at delivery Oct/2023. Formal claim submitted on Dec 5/2023 with accompanying documentation and photos. To date all we have received is standard form letters. It seems as if no effort is being made (by UPS) to actually settle this claim. Trying to get information on the UPS site is like pulling teeth. So in addition to shipping cost and insurance we are stuck with $5,250 worth of damages to computer and monitor. To date there is no sign that UPS actually intends to settle this claim.
UPS It's supposedly a dependable, credible, responsible company. It's more like a s*** show. I had a shipment of two packages in one shipment and somehow one got delivered and the other one got lost. I called on it and they kept giving me the run around said it was here, then said it was going to be sent to back to me, then I was told that it was sent back to the location where I shipped it from so I called there looking for it, they didn't have any idea what I was talking about. They kept transferring me I'm giving me the runaround. Well they lost my package. There were sentimental items in the box that cannot be replaced. The customer service
Is terrible. They really need to get it together, get organized and all be on the same page. I will never recommend them nor will I use them ever again. I don't even want anything shipped to me from somebody else through them. Such a disappointment.
I don't know about other countries, but in Austria (Vienna) UPS services are under any criticism; the worst express courier services; employees lie every time that the recipient is not at home although this is not true at all. They are lazy to work and don't want to deliver parcels to the customer's home, even if the recipient has paid for a courier service; the parcel is paid to be brought home and the couriers take it to collection points because they don't want to work. I do not recommend UPS and will write this review everywhere I get the chance, in Facebook groups, online platforms etc.
THIS COMPANY WILL DESTROY YOUR PACKAGE AND THEN NOT PAY YOU WHAT IT IS WORTH, EVEN AFTER YOU PAY FOR THE INSURANCE TO COVER THE COST. THEY COMPLETELY DESTROYED A CUSTOM BUILD COMPUTER. AFTER IT WAS PICKED UP THEY STATED THEY NEVER RECEIVED THE DOCUMENTATION FROM THE SHIPPER THAT PROVES THE COST OR THAT IT WAS DAMAGED.
Every single time I have a delivery and their shipping my package I have to fight to get my package and I always end up having to go and personally pick up my own package due to their incompetence I wish I was joking but it's the cold hard truth and with that being said their customer service sucks they give you limited options to choose from and ultimately hang up on you when you want anything else other then what they offer and God forbid you get to speak with an actual person and not some foreigner who can't tell you squat about ur parcel it's a nightmare everytime I see their name as my shipper and nothing ever changes I'm 10 packages if not more in and yet each and everytime it's the exact situation so think before you go out of ur way to use them
IF I COULD GIVE IT NO STARS I WOULD, HANDS DOWN A BUNCH OF LAIRS / MOVING FORWARD IF I SHOP ONLINE AND THEY USE UPS, I WILL NOT BUY FROM THERE.

I will never ever use ups again my packages was damaged 2 was delivered in Las Vegas while 1 was still in Kentucky but tracking says it was delivered $#*! ups
The Brokerage Charges are absolutely insanity. I will always self-declare from now on and skip their service wherever possible. Horrible experience and service.
UPS can't seem to deliver packages during our office hours. I was told if we clearly post our hours outside then UPS could accommodate. So after posting our hours, UPS still can't deliver on time. After calling customer service and informing them of the issue, the local rep called me back and told me there is nothing they can do and hung up on me! Worst customer service, if you can choose who to use, use Fed Ex or literally any other company as UPS obviously doesn't care for your business. I'd give them negative stars if I could!
I sent out a box through UPS. I tracked it to Cincinnati Ohio. The box got lost and now i have been on the phone going back and forth with them to find my box. UPS has asked me what in detail is in the box. I told them all the items in the box and they keep closing out the claim that was filed. I have been told several times that my claim has been closed then reopened, then closed once again. This has been going on for almost two weeks now. I trusted UPS to get my package to its destination and i am very disappointed in them. Never will i send through them again, ever. By the way, they keep closing out the claim without getting in touch with me. Do not send through them.

THEY THROW PARCELS AT THE DOOR OF THE RECEIVER WITHOUT EVEN LETTING THE RECIEVER KNOW NOR ASKING THEM TO SIGN PAPER. THEY JUST WRITE SOMEONES NAME ON THER PAPER. VERY RUDE! I WAS CHRAGE 2X FOR MY PARCEL, THE OTHER PARCEL WAS EVEN JUST HERE IN CANADA.
I have been waiting for my package to be delivered going on 3 days now because the driver is too lazy to walk 20 feet to to door and just leaves a note on the fence and their so called manager don't have the balls to call you and just send emails telling you that the driver did attempt a delivery... THIS COMPAY REALLY SUCKS. I guess I'll put them on the news that they refuse to deliver to the disabled I'm sure that will help theor image!

I am not a happy customer of the ups store but if you are getting death threats you need to contact the police. It is illegal in America to make death threats against anyone no matter their race, creed or color. That is the beauty of living in United States of America. You do not need to wait for a company to file charges against another human being who is threatening your life. You just need to take the appropriate, legal action against that person, good luck!
