This comes after them giving me a bogus link for filing a claim, and exactly what I talking about. They said to call for a rep. To help me file the claim. Only it impossible to do as it does not have that option, and says to go online. PLEASE stay clear of ups, thye loose your package and refuse to help.
I received four emails from UPS. They are confused they don't know where my packages they telling me the package will be delivered on Monday.09/11/23 Just left the facility,and delivery man left a note on the door on Friday 09/08/23 so I don't know what's going on and when I tried to call them, I was connected to India and they don't know anything they very confused. UPS is the most garbage shipping company that has ever existed. They will not even connect you with a live agent, even though there customer service is open from 6 a.m. to 1 a.m. unless you can provide a tracking number! Then on top of that, the processing center nearest me, where I can pick up my package, is only open from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Never use this pathetic excuse for a shipping company for anything! They aren't even worth the 1 star I was forced to rate them!
3 emails on three different days to tell us to pick up our package. Three days of going to pick it up until it was actually there.
They failed to deliver my package with the correct address on file and the online portal notes that it is unable to change the delivery location. Need to call to get this cleared out
This is the most incompetent unprofessional delivery company there is. Down to their representatives that have attitude and have no clue how to help with issues. I have called 8 times about my package not being able to be delivered and I have gotten 8 different answers from each representative on what's happening, NONE were helpful. Their delivery drivers also don't know how to find addresses correctly. Marking my address as non deliverable when I get packages sent to my home daily from other shippers and they have no issues. They weren't able to send my package to a UPS store nor were they able to deliver it to my address. They gave me no help on how to fix this situation. What a joke.
My package arrived on the 31st today is the 7th zero attempts have been made to deliver it. I filed a lost package claim with zero response. I was told yesterday it would be delivered by midnight, did not happen. I called this morning and was told the local facility would contact me within 1-2 hours, they did not. I called back and was told that they didn't open for another 4 hours.
I was supposed to receive a mattress from Amazon delivered by UPS. The first time the they returned my item and marked that they couldn't deliver because no one was home, in reality I was home all waiting. They just didn't want to bring it inside the building and come up the elevator. The second attempt, they left my package at the lobby of the building, didn't even bother brining it to my door and market "delivered to Mail box". It's a really heavy item and couldn't carry up myself. They should have the proper tools to carry the package and deliver the package properly since I paid a lot for shipping and handling fee. I provided the buzzer number and explained that I have back problem on the instruction, but my instructions were disregarded.
My order was "Out for Delivery" and then the night ended. So I called UPS and I was told "something wrong with the package" like it was an Alien, mean while it is a T-shirt. When I call them out on that it is we have not heard from the driver so just need to wait. What? It was out for delivery why did you not deliver it, Then instead of just delivering the next day because they were mad they moved my delivery date to literally 4 days later. So whatever you do beware the childish revenge when you let them know you do not believe the lies they tell. I would rather have honesty. I would rate UPS UK with 0 stars. I attempted to file a claim for my damaged package, and it took a month to process. However, the claim amount I received was insufficient. I had to resend my products, repack them, and pay for delivery to my customer again, but the compensation was minimal. They claim to have paid me, but I cannot locate my payment.This is the worst delivery service I have ever experienced! Given the high delivery fees, I expected better service. Useless service, I wonder if they ever deliver the package on time, never had a good experience with UPS, but this time it was funny, I was home all day working from and had the tracking page open to see if there was any update in tracking but did not see any change I waited a whole day for my package, no update nothing, and about 6 pm I checked the status and it said "The receiver was not available for delivery" like seriously? I was home all day looking at my window and did not see your UPS vehicle. I called useless customer service he said the package would be delivered before noon tomorrow guess what it is 3:30 and no sign of the package. This is a Useless service, I always try to make sure my sender never uses UPS and try to make sure people I know dont use this they are not on time.
Customer service can't answer any questions, the automated system is a joke. My package was delivered for weather when it was sent out before the weather. After the time it was supposed to get here got an update that package is delayed. Why wait till after I'm expecting to get it to tell me it's delayed. Plus fed ex picked up a package at same place with same delivery date and they had it here a day earlier.
The competent delivery driver delivered my college textbook and daughters old navy pants to my neighbors house. My neighbor is a thief and the textbook wasn't convenient to keep, but the old navy clothes were. I needed both ASAP and paid extra shipping for secured delivery. I wish I could give them 0 stars. UPS has messed up my deliveries despite several phone calls to customer service to correct problem. The delivery driver took it upon him/herself to require a signature even though there was no request for a signature from sender nor myself! I spent hour long conversations with a UPS representative who confirmed that no signature was required. My instruction was to leave packages at the front office which he confirmed as well. Next, the representative assured me that a local UPS dispatcher would contact me. That person left a voicemail saying that package will be left in locked box by mailboxes and should I have any questions, call 800 pickUPS. My packages were never left! Instead, they were left at an access point that was very far from my apartment! Then, the packages were returned to sender immediately!
The situation now worsens. The company resends my packages and I come home to find a note from driver stating that a signature was required and front office refused to sign for it. Delivery will be attempted one more time. Another hour long phone with customer who assured me that packages would be left at front office the next day. I come home to find another note from delivery person stating the same thing and now underlining the words will not leave several times!
Again, my packages are returned. Again, the company resends my packages. The same story happens and I'm furious. The representative now said that it's up to the delivery person to decide if a signature is needed!

I have been waiting for a third delivery by this useless shipper. The second time it was returned to sender because they said my address was incorrect. I verified my address looking at the tracking information and with customer service. Now a third time and this shipment has gone sour. Totally incompetent.
So I got this 140$ record player and I shipped it to my house through UPS. And when I get my package the needle is broken off the record player. So now I cant play music on it because of FREAKING UPS. I think ups should pay me back the money that I spent on my record player.,un-happy customer
Packages are always delayed. Customer server is always horrible. They are not helpful at all. Never on time. App estimations are always bs.
I have all my parcels delivered to the UPS store my preferred method due to porch pirates. This particular parcel they want to deliver to my home I don't know why I know it's not a weight issue. I have to show ID at the store and sign for it. I asked the shipper to reach out and assist. UPS, FEDEX and others are not my preferred carrier I do not recommend for anything. USPS is my preferred service due to the fact that they will hold my parcel at the post office if they cannot deliver to my home.
Ups lost my package which was shipped on march 23. This package shipped from UAE to Canada through UPS. It lost after it cleared from Canada Custom which was 3rd of April. Then 3 Investigations process took a place with no result. They are looping me in infinite process.
UPS has become the most unreliable courier company for business deliveries. We got burnt twice in less than two months by their inability to deliver our RFP responses to customers in time. They do not even respond to our calls. The amount of money they charge us is ridiculous for overnight and 2nd-day delivery. Our package was not delivered on both types of services. I highly recommend businesses that think twice before you use their service.

I am not a happy customer of the ups store but if you are getting death threats you need to contact the police. It is illegal in America to make death threats against anyone no matter their race, creed or color. That is the beauty of living in United States of America. You do not need to wait for a company to file charges against another human being who is threatening your life. You just need to take the appropriate, legal action against that person, good luck!
