Trust me, just go somewhere else. If you cannot see the actual proof before hitting submit; like where the hole is and the orientation of the tag, then just pay more to have that option without the threat of it taking longer. I should have known better. I went back and forth on whether or not to proceed without seeing if I had the orientation was correct... and I can't explain why I went here now. The picture shows a general tag with the hole punch on the short end. That's not where the orientation starts for them. I'm not even in website design but I know I would ensure the customer could see what they were getting before hitting submit.

Horrible Company!

Horrible customer service! Refused to refund the order even though it was it was not printed clearly. Tried to email them pictures of the sign 4 times with no result.

Theives who don't care about the prouct they produce or how they treat their long time customers.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Have placed 2 orders first one was late but thought to give them a second chance. Called because I needed a huge sign. 6x8 feet. They said it wasn't going to be a problem to do it in one sheet. Placed my order and approved the art. The delivery date was coming up so I called to check on it.
1. It was my fault because it hadn't been approved.
2. Then it was lost
3. Then they could cut and fold it to get it here in time. Oh and it was always going to be in 2 pieces.

Don't count on them to deliver what is ordered or promised. They knew for sometime they couldn't deliver and just didn't reach out so I could figure plan b. Left me high and dry

We have used UPrinting a few times over the years but no more. We ordered 250 - 24x36 posters. They had the best price among a few others that we looked at. Unfortunately, they do not have enough concern or show enough care in the shipping of the product. The box was totally destroyed, and we lost 12-15 calendar posters because of the damaged box. I contacted customer service and they basically said that unless I had pictures of the damage, there was nothing they could do. We decided to no longer use U-printing. We might pay a bit more but in return we will get products undamaged and deal with companies that have better customer service.

When ordering flyers, I always order 4x6 flyers. They always come in card stock glossy. These flyers are literal pieces of glossy paper. The cost is the same as other sites for cardstock paper. I will NEVER order flyers or anything from them again. I really can't believe they are selling these as flyer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Uprinting!

I started new company and hired Uprinting for my business cards, flyers and car magnet initially they provided very good service when i ordered less quantity but I ordered higher quantity they changed my color scheme from navy blue to purple and refused to fix it as per their company policy.
I spoked with one of their Manger and she was not in a mood to talk or solve my issue.
As per her their machine not capable to print same colors every time, as per her navy blue change to purple is within color calibrations. For me i am not happy due to bad quality of color due to their machine incapability.

After spending tens of thousands of dollars with UPrinting over the past 5+ years we have been in business, we continually received inadequate or no response to terrible customer service experiences. Fist with a window cling, they screwed up the order and refused to re-do it at their expense. The final straw was when they shortchanged us by 50 printed hang tags and when we contacted them to get the missing tags, they basically said "too bad" and told us to re-order. That decision cost them a loyal customer - we will NEVER use UPrinting again. Stay away!

Please do not use. Had the worst experience with stickers, never got the half of the order, reached out to them and they said they had it. Then it took ago month to talk to someone... guess someone threw it away. And we didn't get a refund. $#*!ty overpriced stickers.

Promised, but not delivered!

I bought the expensive delivery package of 3 days delivery, the order was placed on a Thursday afternoon, in the night I reviewed the project and moved forward.
Before the purchase, I enquired in the chat if it would be possible to get it by the following Tuesday, and they advised me to pay $56 to have it faster.
By Friday morning, I got an email saying the shipment date would be the following Friday. Then I talked to the company, and they told me the printing would happen only on Monday because of the late confirmation and trying to figure out a way to have it faster; AGAIN, the recommendation was to pay an extra $96 to get it by THURSDAY (two days later than the time of purchase).
To have a better solution I asked the company if I find a better and faster way to get my product I could cancel, only because the printing time would only start Monday as they informed me. So that was the "Arrangement"
Five ours later I come back to the company if the solution and they told
That would be impossible to cancel because the order was already in the printing line.
They simply refuse to cancel my order and will deliver later than they previously agreed and I had to buy from another company that will provide it to me MONDAY.
Not nice!

The company promised
The company overcharged to deliver fast
The company lied
The company refuses to be clear in the conversation
Now I had to pay for two projects thanks to the misleading of the Uprinting

I would give Zero stars if possible

I purchased custom mailing labels on a sheet, printed by UPrinting with my logo and return address. The ink they printed the labels with rubs off when it goes through a printer, no matter what setting I turn my printer to. I called them and they said they are not responsible if I damage the product! How can you sell a pre-printed mailing label that cannot go through a printer? They offered me a $50 credit on a future purchase. Why would I give them more money for products that do not work and that they do not stand behind. Run. Run to any other printer for your needs is my advice.

Poor

Save yourself the time, the money, the headache, the effort, the energy. The quality is beyond subpar. The products that I received as far as the wall decal beyond ridiculous. The product that I received for the clothing beyond cheap, and non-representative of a professional image with see-through poor quality material. Also to make it worse, I asked for a refund but they blatantly told me NO! So that's fine. I have a right to voice my opinion here and have a right to vote with my dollars elsewhere. They have a right to run their company as they need to. I got this request to post my review so this is my post. Poor quality see-through material order number here: *******. I spoke with Erica who also asked her manager. I was told by two, No!

Couldn't center a circle

This company is a joke! I ordered stickers with my logo—a circle with a W centered. They couldn't center the circle in a square! Twice! They reprinted and literally reprinted the EXACT SAME OFF CENTERED CIRCLE! They refused to reprint correctly. Don't waste your money or time.

Product came earlier than expected. Print looked fairly decent. Magnets were not strong at all. When sitting stationery the magnets would slide down the vehicle, and they promptly fell off of vehicle during light driving speeds. They were only on the vehicle for three days before they fell off. Was unable to recover them when they fell off, and now I'm out my magnets and my money. Would not recommend getting magnet decals for your vehicle from UPrinting.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. ME ON YOUR FEET WILL NEVER MAKE BUSINESSES WITH THIS COMPANY.

In response to a mess-up, horrible, terrible and badly done BANNER, the representative refuses to provide a fair solution SUCH A replacement. There was NO REVIEW at all of the uploaded artwork by the UPRINTING printing department. The final work I received is useless and a complete waste of money from my side.

It is unfortunate that I cannot rate the them and their customer service as a 0 (zero) out of 5.

Dishonest and late

After paying for expedited shipping and one day printing the company decides to send my order 4 days late. Refuses to give a refund and classes me a extreme amount of time on a live chat in which every couple of moments they say that I'm being inactive therefore they're logging out. Greatly inconvenience my business and my staff, I asked that they FedEx and verified that an order of this size for two day shipping would cost roughly $50, you've decided to charge four times that. And cause me and my company and extreme inconvenience by lying and being deceitful. All of these items will be posted on every opportunity I have to review your business in every applicable way including the better Business bureau, trustpilot, Google reviews and wherever else I can find

Terrible service

I made a purchase over year ago and the never fulfilled order nor notified me that it was an error on my account 7 months going back and forth I requested refund only to receive an paid invoice through PayPal from Uprint which made me pay for PayPal fees of receiving my money back and for them to hold money up to 30days because of PayPal sending the money as goods back to me highly upset terrible customer service never will u use this company again

Shipping is very expensive and the timeline for delivery is misleading. My shipment still hasn't arrived and it has been almost 10 days since the order was placed. Missed business opportunities because of this delay and no compromise from customer service. Would not recommend.

We had Uprinting print stickers for our non-profit. Not only were they not at all durable, even though sold as suitable for exterior use, but they were incredibly bleached out. In the cropped photo of our stickers you can see UPrinting's lousy product on the left and another printer's - with the colors they way there\\y were supposed to be - on the right.

THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM...

I feel truly scammed I ordered car magnets for my family business and the proofs were crisp and clear but when I recieved them, they were so ugly and pixelated... When i contacted them they tried to tell me that I put in a low resolution picture and ok, even so, they should have notifed me which they cliamed they did but nope! I even talked to someone about the shapes of it on the phone before they started printing and said "as long as they are clear as the proofs" and I was told they would be. When I asked for a supervisor, she tried to tell me that the proofs were also blurry and she can resend them and I told her I had screenshots of the proofs that i received which i can send HER and after a hour of offering discounts, when i said that when offered me a full refund. This website is the biggest scam of all time!

EDIT: I meant refund below eventually they will give you a refund
