An Absolute Nightmare
April 14, 2022

They folded my large poster which deemed it unusable for my artwork. They ignored my request for a reprint and I disputed my credit card charge. Several months later (long after the project was long over and redone by another company) they tried to reach out, hand me off to several people asking the same questions over and over. The last straw was when they asked me if the poster was usable (?) and then offered me a store credit.

COMPLETE CRAP!

Do NOT use this company! We ordered 2 rolls of custom labels. We were expecting to have 500 labels on each roll... NOPE! We received 1 roll of 500 and then 10 mini rolls with 50 labels on each. Called the company and their response was that "the production team can make decisions as they see fit". Another issue, we ordered the "matte" finish so we could write on the label... NOPE! They have a dull shine that prevents you from writing on it with pen. The company said to "just use a marker". They refused to fix the issues we had.

Misleading ordering process

I searched for self-seal, business envelopes and UPrinting came up with a good price. I uploaded my return address art and went back and forth with the proof. Had to send a pdf as the jpg wasn't sharp enough. I get my envelopes and they are all gummed! I call and am informed that I had to call in and request self-sealing when I placed my order. In fact, it does specify gummed at the very bottom of the web page, not in the order information. No refund an when I compare gummed, custom envelopes, UPrinting is way more expensive!

Fast and helpful

I was working with a very short deadline and realized I had made a mistake on the order. UPrinting Staff could not have been more helpful, fixed the problem and got the order to me in plenty of time. Very courteous, helpful, and excellent product.

Wonderful service, quality and fast shipping!

I used UPrinting multiple times and, each print run was fantastic. The quality of the stickers are perfect, the service was faster than expected and the customer service was incredible. I highly recommend them and will continue using them in the future. Although I ordered the stickers very close to an event, it managed to come in time! I'm truly amazed.

Nothing works

I ordered 2 magnet for my truck a couple day ago, the magnet didn't work but is not just that the quality of the image was really bad they will make you pay for them to fix it before you pay for it on website, and you don't even know how to do that on website wtf, I noticed that when I contacted the customer support and they told me that, they were really awful. I really don't recommend this website for your business, website is awful, prices are awful, customer support is awful, and the quality of your product is the worst you will find

I could not recommend UPrinting highly enough for businesses who are looking to create custom stickers! The stickers came out exactly as I wanted them to. The print was flawless and the turnaround & delivery time were speedy. They even offer free proofing so you can approve the final design before they produce it! My shop *******@brokebaddieresale on depop and they did my logo justice!

Horrible customer care

I would not recommend doing business with UPrinting. Their customer care is NIL. I had an aspiration to work with them, but the care they provided me after an issue with the first poster was beyond disappointing.
If you will ever have an issue with a product, they will through the book at you with all the reasons why they should not work with you to solve the problem. STAY AWAY!

UPrinting Abused our UPS Account

We have used Uprinting since 2013. The printing itself has been OK, but this time we had a nightmare with them regarding the shipping of our order. Their shipping fees have always been high, so in our latest order we checked the box to have Uprinting use our UPS account to ship our two small, fabric items. That was a mistake! They put each item in its own massive box (bad), but then under-reported the size and weight of those boxes to UPS (worse). As a result, WE were audited by UPS and penalized an extra $72.93 for the underreporting. This, on top of the actual $51.24 to ship the two boxes. So - $124.17 for UPS Ground shipping for two small items that weigh mere ounces. I called Uprinting customer service to complain, had a very surrealistic conversation with a "customer service agent" who had little grasp of English. Nevertheless, I provided the documentation they asked for, and never heard from them again. So... UPrinting - NEVER AGAIN!

Terrible customer service

I am a long-time customer and have always been satisfied until this year. This time they failed to meet the printing deadline for my Christmas cards, then failed to meet the shipping deadline not just once but twice. I had paid a lot extra for the delivery date they promised me, and they were late. They told me they would refund for missing the print date or missing the shipping date, which would be satisfactory to me, but they will refund for only one or the other as that is their policy. My policy is to find an online printing company with good service and ethics.

Absolutely terrible

They were good once, but not anymore, Customer service reps lie and pass the buck. If they say they will call you back, please don't believe it. If they give a date your order will be shipped, please don't count on it. Your business deserves better, and there are many other companies who do the same thing, but better.

Wasting time and efforts dealing with this online company. They ship you wrong order, not what you ordered. Hassel to get your money back even when they admit their mistake. Customers save yourselves a headache.

Slow Response & Shady Business Practices

It is as if they blatantly ignore your inquiries… I ordered a shirt at the beginning of November. A week later I received an unapologetic email stating they could not accommodate my order and I should select another shirt. I did, and requested a proof. A week later I followed up and requested a proof… and again a few days later. On my fourth or fifth attempt to receive a proof to approve, they finally sent me one of just one section of the design. And, it was wrong. I called to cancel the order and after being placed on hold twice for 20 mins each time, I was told too bad, so sad. They claimed it was too far along in the process and the would be shipping out the following day. Huh? By their own admission, I never received a final proof to approve. They are attempting to force me to pay for a shirt that is incorrect. I've reached out to BBB to help get my refund. I've ordered from in the past with no issue. This experience was abysmal and highly recommend using another business for your printing needs.

6000 stickers were butchered TWICE, after hours on the phone with customer service, designer's specs (with color codes on them), and approval process, and YET, between what got approved and what came in the mail was a drastic difference in color, saturation, and overall quality of print. I have to give that the sticky part of stickers was great. $438.28 down the drain. Very disappointing that never once the company has admitted wrongdoing or misses in their production.

Slow printing, slow shipping

Worst service, i should check review before buy from them.
Take 5-7 days for print, shipping cost 60 USD for 3 days shipping, just 3 small box. And still late. Deliver date is 11, today is 12 still not delivered at all.
Call online, no one listen. Chat online to ask cancel order, they won't accept.
No wonder they have 2 star rating here
And 1 star rating there.

Beside bad quality service, they duplicate their website to make many versions like:

We ordered a $1000 item missing parts and they wouldn't make it right. Nearly insulting and supremely not helpful at all. Horrible customer service. STAY AWAY. I don't leave reviews like this ever but they left us feeling so insulted and helpless.

Stay away
October 26, 2021

Uprinting will print your job incorrectly, customer service will stall you and they will not fix the problem. Instead, they will drag the whole process out for weeks until you give up. Try PsPrint, they have all of the same online printing options, their customer service is friendly and helpful, and their work is superior.

(In the photos, you can see that they blue circles were supposed to be centered but they weren't printed that way.)

One of the poorest printing experiences I've had in a long time. I took a chance on less-well-known UPrinting and ordered some custom note pads for a specific event. I ordered them 7 days in advance and paid for one day production time and three day shipping... so they should have been printed and shipped within four days. They were scheduled to arrive three days before my event. They did not arrive three days before my event. When they were two days late, I called their support and UPrinting's customer support lied, and told me they were on schedule... I told him we were already two days past the original delivery date and then he lied again and said, "Oh, wait, I just got an update - they're out for delivery!". They were not out for delivery, and didn't actually arrive until two days later, the day AFTER my event, and because those pads were designed specifically for that event, they are now completely useless. They refused to refund the full amount unless I paid to ship the useless product back to them. I'll never use them again.

Ripped Off!
August 21, 2021

My order of stickers was defectively printed off-center and Uprinting refused to reprint or refund the order. They even tried to charge me again to fix their blatant error. I was totally ripped off by these snakes. Take your business elsewhere.

I ordered a bunch of business cards and received an email saying it was delivered. They we're not delivered I never received the cards. After emailing and complaining I was basically accused of lying and the issue was never resolved.
