We monitor reviews for authenticity
I sent in photos for printing postcards. A UPrinting staffer modified the mailing info side of the postcard without notifying me. When I received the postcards, they were not mailable by Post Office requirements. I initially assumed it was my fault in the initial submission and threw out all but one of the unusable postcards, but later discovered it wasn't my error after I had disposed of the postcards. Uprinting refused re-printing the postcards without proof I still had the unmailable postcards. I suggested cost-sharing proposals in the re-print, but they refused. Lesson learned. Will now seek alternative printer.
I can not say enough about how terribly i was treated by their live chat agent, Jean Uriel - Uprinting - Customer Support. Their website is deceiving with the turn around time of production and shipping. Such a rip off. And a shame I really needed quick and speedy invitations.

All delivery dates are based off when the file uploaded is approved for production. We apologize if that information was not explained properly. I ordered their step and repeat banner. I paid overall 400+ dollars with shipping, and they sent me a banner with one big logo on it. Their mistake... yet they are offering me a discount to reorder. IT WAS THEIR MISTAKE!
They do not honor their errors!

Customer Care
Be careful with their fine print about their return policy. The company makes it very difficult for customers to get a refund when the quality of the product is bad. I had some thank you cards ordered, but the print resolution was bad, despite passing their quality check. The customer service is a robot and is completely useless. I contacted their help desk and have not received any follow up regarding my situation. I will not be ordering from them again!

The UPrinting templates are easy to work with but the personal touch of a real life person makes the creating process so much better. I will not use any other company!
I ordered product packing sleeves from them. The website shows a high quality Cardstock cardboard that you fold around the product. The product they delivered to me was similar to copy paper. Very poor quality. I could have printed these on my own office printer with better quality. I posted a review on their website and it never showed up. Their reviews are a scam also. Very disappointing.
Hi Tish. Thank you for your review of this order of packaging sleeves. Our standard packaging sleeves are printed on 100 lb. paper, which is about like the cover of a magazine in terms of thickness. We offer thicker paper as custom options.

It has been about ten years, maybe more than I have been ordering three or four times a year. The quality is great, the process is quite easy, and the delivery time is within what is expected to be.
Now, I believe it has been only once in ten years that Uprinting have offered a discount or promo code to me. I cannot speak about their pricing because I have never quote with another printing company. That is because I do not want to take any chances.
I have nothing but praise for the team at UPrinting. Every order has been handled perfectly and delivered on time (unless I did something stupid and the UPrinting team had to fix it!) My current (and future) go-to for anything printed. As a small nonprofit
I recently purchased custom return address labels for my small business. I'm very pleased with the excellent quality of the labels I received. Our logo, as well as the text on the label are very crisp and distinct. My order was processed carefully, but quickly. I definitely recommend this company and will use them again.
UPrinting has consistently delivered quality printed brochures with quick turnaround. Anytime that we've had to make last minute changes or edits, they have been very receptive to design modifications and still been able to ship ontime. I will continue to use UPrinting for all of our needs.
