This place is garbage. Would have paid 700 for business cards. Something told me this business is bad so I ordered 200$ worth of business cards and they still haven't shipped almost a week and a half later...
These business persons are apprentices, they don't have a clue what they do. I order magnet business cards, then they send me the proof, and I returned 3(Three) Times! After that, they sent me another that looks good, hoever, they did it as the wanted without respecting my final approval. I got a very very horrible job. I open the box in front of them, and they refused to repeat the job because I open the box. Can you believe that? I told them I had to open the box in front of you because I have to see the job how was done. They did not respect people. In my 30 years in this business, this is the first time I find a beginners and inexperienced guys in a printing business.

First they will go back and forth with you for about 4-5 days playing with your order once you tell them to quit with the games you finally get some work done but still after those 4-5 days they will say production is STILL between 10-15 days and shipping is 2-5. I CAN NOT BELIEVE they are charging for this! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! If i could give a negative I would! On top of that they will try they hardest to not give a refund. RUN FAR AWAY!

I recently ordered hang tags for our online clothing boutique. I have ordered through a different company before but wanted to give Uprinting a try, the tags were a little more pricey but figured they were going to be better quality (not in this case). My product arrived 2 weeks after ordering and shipping was ridiculously expensive (almost $30 to be exact and I live only about an hour from their print shop)... I immediately noticed that the product was nothing like I imagined... our logo looked pixelated, it was hard to read and the color was off, I sent in the same image as I do at the other company and have never had any issues. I immediately contacted customer service and was asked to send a picture of my product. After sending it I didn't hear back from the representative and got an email from the company saying they were not going to refund, reprint or give me store credit. I called again and spoke to a different rep and asked to please explain why my product could not even be reprinted if I didn't receive what I had ordered... They continued to say there was nothing wrong with the product I received and gave me a 20% off coupon to REORDER my product... I will not be ordering from this company ever again, I do not recommend... you can definitely find better quality and better prices elsewhere.

Decided to compare 2x4 business cards from Vista and Uprinting. Somewhere in the order process my order became one for 2x2 cards. Ugh. Furthermore Uprinting was advertising that it's 2x4 cards cost $15. So I decided to order cards on the same day from Vista and Uprinting. When i placed my order I found that shipping and handling was another $15+... and for some odd reason that became apparent only AFTER the order was placed. I was so annoyed but decided to keep b the order. Well, Vistas order arrived early and a few days later the Uprinting order for 2x2 cards. What a colossal waste of time and money. Will stick with Vista whom I have used for many years.

I will not recommend anyone for doing business with this company and neither will I be placing any more orders in the future. This is by far the worst experience received and poor, shabby work. I spent a lot of money with your company and for your quality department to totally IGNORE my issues is unacceptable.

So far the best printing company I have worked with for my business. They are so prompt and the customer service is outstanding. Charles spent 40 mins on the phone with me to edit my design for my business flyers and my order arrived 5 days earlier than expected and the flyers looks amazing! Great quality I will always use them I love it
My last few orders have been totally messed up. But this last order tops it! They sent my labels with the wrong finish. Then they offered to send the correct labels. GREAT! When i received the labels they WERE A TOTAL DIFFERENT COLOR! My labels are tan and they sent me yellow! I contacted customer and was online with them for over an hour with no resolve. They were not helpful and they refused to correct it. They blamed it on their print machine. I'm so unhappy because now i have to push my release date back until i can find another label company. Smh... and let's not forget to mention how they charge super high shipping and it's per label. Even if you order everything together you are paying almost 20 dollars on shipping for each box of labels. RIP OFF! Requested to speak to a manager. Never heard a thing.

I purchased business cards from uprinting based on a referral. The finished product was not what I expected. I designed the card and requested uprinting create my design. I have not received a solution to this problem nor have I had any responses from uprinting. The customer service is horrible. I will never order from this company again.

To say they do not value customer service is an understatement. We have tried to contact them on several occasions and never got our issues resolved. We requested more information and callbacks and they were never received. We finally decided to make the order anyway and got an email the next day that it could not be completed. We contacted customer service via chat and after 40 minutes it is still not resolved. I was told the order would be canceled and we would get a call from a manager and neither of those things happened. Very disappointed.

You have to provide your own upload, then when you do and send it PDF cause they do not know how to use anything else, it is printed with low quality ink, and not brite. Do not waist your money with UPRINTING.

Attempted to order a mass quantity of custom refrigerator magnets but needed a sample kit to determine the best size and shape. I ordered this sample kit 4 times. First order confirmation was for a paper sample kit, second time they sent my samples to a town in new jersey that i never heard of, third time never got a confirmation fourth time also no confirmation. These people use a foreign customer service that just screw everything up. I wondering if they are losing more money in orders then they are saving using this terrible call center. I know they lost my business which would have been substantial. I'm still looking for magnets but not here... DONT WASTE YOUR TIME LIKE I DID!

I have used u-printing for a few years now, placing banner, postcard, and label orders. Always great. I always ask for a proof, which is so helpful. Yesterday I ordered 1000 stickers and was told I didn't select proof (how? I always select proof), so they went to print without me viewing them and are totally ruined (wording is transparent on them- you css as my even read it). The live chat was SO long and slow and then, on the phone, difficult to understand... but they offered to recycle them for free and give me 10% off if I decided to reorder. That was a kick to a loyal customer. I won't be using them again. Small mom and pops may be more $, but they don't print 1000 of something without seeing something is out of whack and then still charge the customer the full price... with a 10% discount to order the same thing again. Boo!

I placed an order on March 10th, I never received my order! I later realized it was because I forgot to add a "c" to my address! Ok, my fault, no big deal! I called, told them my mistake, then I paid an additional shipping cost of $13.99 to have it over nighted on April 10th. Well, it's April 23rd and I still haven't seen my order! I call back and they rep tells me oh I'm sorry, it was never shipped, we will over night it and have the shipping cost refunded for having so much trouble. I was happy! That's great! I received an email on the same day from the gentleman saying "we will refund your money, and have this shipped out ASAP! Well, it's now April 28th and no order! I'm on the phone with them right now, they said "can we ship it out to you and have it there by May 1st?" Wait!... what? It hasn't been shipped at all? Why? WTH are you guys doing!? I'm so over it, never doing business with the again!

Very shady operation. When you need customer service you have to navigate a gauntlet of auto attendant. Once you get a live person, they are useless to help. Find a local mom-pop printer and support them instead! Well worth a few extra bucks!

These people screw up your order ad then try an extort more by offering 20% off. Stay away... dishonest. Uses anyone else or get some blank cards and a crayon... you'd be better off

I received the sample package from uprinting and decided to move forward with purchasing 3000 gloss labels for my business. It was the last thing I needed to order for packaging. The labels I designed are mostly black. The black on the labels look dull and lack any shine sheen or luster! I compared the blacks on my labels to the labels in the sample packaging myself! Very dull looking with no shine and it looks horrible with the bags I have. It was difficult even getting to the point of sending in the labels to be looked over because communication with their customer service is not speedy at all. I had to call in to follow up 3 times, and emailed twice to check the status over the course of a couple weeks, even tho each time I was told that I would receive a call back. No calls back. Finally, I got a random email saying they looked over the samples and there was gloss coating on the labels. I will take the loss, but please beware of their "quality" check process and that you may not get what you pay for. Disappointing.

I have used Uprinting for years and multiple projects they have always been great. However, I am not looking for a new printer. I called to ask why my order was going to take so long to ship and they said because I selected 6 days for printing (it defaults to this so maybe I did) and ground shipping. Because it would arrive too late I asked how much to expedite the shipping. I ordered 4 separate business cards and was told I would have to pay $50 for each box to be shipped to the same address so, $200 in shipping. The rep said they charge for each item to be shipped individually even if its all in the same box. Obviously Uprinting is making money on the shipping-wow.

The prices for shipping are regulated and given to us by our carriers, we do not control those costs and the reason why we charge shipping on each item is because we do not bulk/group ship. Not all orders can be or will be produced in the same facility. Essentially, all items even if under one order number are actually an order unto themselves.
