I placed an order for two Uplift desks and two cabinets worth over $2500. They didn't have a couple of accessory hooks I ordered in stock, so they didn't ship the desks for almost a month. They just charged my card immediately and sat on the order.
I got tired of waiting since my children needed the desks, so I cancelled the order. A week later they had still not issued the refund.
Avalon Myst Reese was extremely helpful in connection with my purchase of my 2nd Uplift desk. Avalon was a delight to work with on this purchase.

My wife and I had been thinking about getting adjustable desks for awhile now and finally decided to pull the trigger as we move into a new house. However, our moving date was a few weeks away so we emailed customer service to ask for a later shipping date. Avalon helped us out beautifully and got us the later shipping date. We couldn't have asked for better service from a wonderful person!
I can't speak to the quality of my desk yet, because I only just placed the order. But I was so impressed with the experience of working with customer service to customize my desk. I called customer service and was connected with someone (Kelly Anderson!) who not only answered all of my questions patiently, but helped me come up with a more personalized order and even gave me a discount. I emailed him back and forth constantly changing my mind about details and he was more than patient. Towards the end of that process, I had a very niche question about the depth of the wrist rest on one of the keyboard trays...something I didn't expect them to know. I used the chat feature and was connected with someone (Danielle Breed!) who dealt with my 2 or 3 pretty strange questions, kept me patiently informed and was just overall so reassuring. These two associates were what customer service should be everywhere. Thank you!
I bought my first Uplift desk three years ago. I'm so happy with my purchase that I'm planning to purchase another desk for my second office. Due to space constraints, I need a different size desk and had several questions about how I could configure the smaller desk to best meet my needs. I contacted customer service and was connected with Danielle B. She was outstanding - friendly, conscientious, and very helpful. She quickly agreed to do some research on my question and was able to secure the information I needed in a timely fashion. Great product and stellar service!
The desk that I purchased is great. It feels high quality and the modular customization really helped me get exactly what I wanted out of it. Uplift also ships things extremely fast, which is a huge plus.
I received most of the desk quickly (it was separated into four parcels), but a shipping delay occurred on the actual top of the desk. I reached out to Uplift's support to start an investigation with FedEx. Laura Bertrand was very helpful in quickly getting an investigation set up and providing further steps for what to do.
Following the shipping delay, the desktop arrived and I discovered that it was damaged in transit (looked like it had been dropped on a corner during shipping). I was able to quickly hop on Uplift's support chat and spoke with Bney Pete, who had a replacement desktop on the way within about half an hour. Friendly and helpful service from both agents made the experience a lot better despite the shipping issue. Great communication and follow-up as well. Thankfully, the replacement top arrived on-time and without damage.
Overall, apart from the one shipping issue (which wasn't Uplift's fault), I had a great experience. I'll definitely be recommending them in the future.
I am thrilled with the desk I purchased. I'm not sure I'll ever use it when I'm standing, but the height adjustment means I have it at exactly the height I want. I added the casters, which makes the desk easy to move to get behind it to run cables, etc.
The desktop was damaged by the shipper and they did a fantastic job of getting a replacement to me promptly.

I got my desk a couple of years ago. One day, the UP button stopped. I wrote customer service and got a response from Luis C on how to fix it within a short amount of time. Problem solved! I still love my desk.
When I received my desktop it was damaged. Bney Pete was super helpful in working with me to submit the claim and get the matter resolved in a timely fashion.
All interactions were professional and timely during my time ordering desks for a new office. Norman answered a few of my questions over the website chat function and provided all of the information I needed and even directed me towards getting bulk pricing, which I did not know was an option. He set me up with Avalon who helped me continue the process. She always responded very quickly and with all the information I needed. She did a great job getting the quote together, and she even caught and fixed some of my mistakes.
Can't say enough about how helpful the customer service rep I had was! I don't normally go out of my way to leave a review but Avalon was really knowledgeable, prompt, and went of their way to help me figure out everything that I needed to.

I had bought a desk from Uplift and unfortunately, it arrived with a chip on it. Due to travel, I hadn't had the chance to open the box and inspect it until after the 30-day window had closed. I reached out to their service line and spoke to Anthony - and while he would have been fully within company rights to say he couldn't do anything to help, he instead was incredibly understanding and went above and beyond to help me find a solution to the problem.

This sit to stand desk has been Wirecutter's top choice for a reason. The product, along with the accessories, are amazing. What really blew me away was the incredible customer service I received from Anthony Tipton afterwards. I called with a question about recommendations on how to touch up a minor ding in a 100 lbs piece of walnut that occurred during shipping. Anthony's follow through with options for "making things right" was the type of service you just don't see anymore. I'm now a customer for life.
