Bney helped me through the very unfortunate circumstance of receiving a damaged desktop, though no fault of Uplift. Unfortunately, the package arrived via FedEx, and after viewing the severely damaged packing, it was obvious that the damage came from the shipping process. Bney was extremely helpful, thorough, and quick to response. The customer service from submitting the warranty request due to a defective item was very efficient, and effective. I look forward to receiving my new desktop within the next few days!

Buying an uplift desk is a significant investment, but you get a high quality product and top-notch customer service. I contacted customer service via phone 3 times - before the order, during assembly, and after the order. I spoke with Tanner and Cooper during the order process and they were very pleasant, helpful, and responsive (and not pushy). I asked for a specific delayed shipping date and I appreciated that they were willing and able to accommodate it. The items arrived very well-packaged. This desk is ultra heavy (we got a large L-shaped) and we experienced a little frustration putting it together because the youtube and booklet instructions did not match (and everything was super heavy!). After putting it together, we realized that one of the items sent to us was wrong and one of the plastic under-desk hooks broke. I immediately put their warranty policy to the test when I called and was connected with Steven, who was a pleasure to work with. He was super friendly and was able to get one item shipped immediately and the other shipped the next day (because it required approval). During the purchase and warranty process, I received timely updates and communication, which made for a smooth and excellent buying experience. As for the product itself, I think the price is worth the product you get. This desk is not going anywhere, and the mechanism works very well. We have a Bestar (? Bought it from Costco) standing desk that was more of a budget price point and Uplift compares favorably - definitely more quiet and smooth. I also love the customization available for this desk - size, material, bells and whistles - you get exactly what you want.
I worked closely with one of the sales specialists by the name of Avalon Myst. She was very helpful and quick to respond. I had a slight tweak to my quote and she had it to me very quickly. Very pleased with the customer service experience from both Avalon and Uplift Desk.

I rarely buy furniture. But I'm so glad I decided to treat myself to an Uplift Desk. It has refreshed my office work. When I get tired of sitting at the computer, I just click the button and now I'm standing. Then when I'm tired of standing, I click the button and now now I'm sitting - all without interrupting the flow of my paperwork. Of course it's great to step away from tedious work and take a quick walk. But one can't always do this. The Uplift Desk gives me much more comfort while slugging through my day! But it's not just a good product, it's a good company. I had a GREAT experience working with Tim R. Should you decide to buy one of their desks, ASK FOR TIM R. This guy was outstanding and very helpful in walking me through the process - getting the setup that was ideal for me. And he gave me a really a good deal. A year after buying and enjoying my desk, my wife wanted one. Of course I went back to Tim and he did it again: we got an ideal product (with all the bell and whistles) for a very fair price. At both times, Tim beat the "running offer" of the website. At both times he through he threw in extra merchandise. He's a cool guy who errors in the favor of the customer. For example the shipping department sent me the wrong lamp. When I emailed him, he got back and told me that the correct lamp is being rushed AND that I could just keep the other lamp for free! Get an Uplift Desk and be sure to deal with Tim R!

So, when I called I was put on with Kelly Anderson. His level of detailed knowledge of your desks and focus on meeting my needs made the call a wonderful experience.

Such a great product. Just ordered my desk and chair after I saw their demo at SXSW and super excited to receive. To top it off, their sales agent (Avalon) was extremely pleasant to work with and truly helpful getting everything bundled and ordered for me. 100% recommend buying a great "made in the USA" product from them.

I ordered a standing desk along with several accessories from Uplift Desk. They arrived on a Friday, and I spent the evening putting everything together. The whole assembly process went off without a hitch, except my dumb $#*! locked the keys to the filing cabinet inside of it (facepalm). I emailed their customer service department late Friday night, and Julien got back to me early Saturday morning. I was stunned!
One quick email exchange later and I've got a new set of filing cabinet keys on their way to me, less than 12 hours after I contacted support. Amazing product and support, I highly recommend Uplift Desk!
