I wanted to place an order for a new desk and take advantage of a sale Uplift was holding, but have the desk shipped to me a month later. I used the online chat, and Anthony T provided me with amazing customer service! He was able to answer all my questions and provide me with a quote that was good for 30 days, which will allow me to place the order at a later time when I'll be able to actually receive delivery.

The underlying issue is one uplift should look into: I received mismatched leg colors for my desk, so will need to disassemble and reassemble when the correct color pieces arrive. But Steven got the issue sorted out right away.

My standing desk wasn't working so I reached out to customer service and spoke to Steven Bostic. Steven walked me through a few tests, which I had already completed and then expedited a warranty claim for me. Replacement parts were shipped to me quickly with easy to follow instructions. Problem fixed. All my interactions with Uplift have been positive; great company to work with.
Sam Cobb was helpful, armed with the authority and knowledge to help with my unusual request. She is a credit to the company and I'm pleased to be their customer as a result.

I have a real tight 43.4" niche in my home that I wanted to squeeze a 44" Uplift desk into to maximize space. The wall space is 45" but the extra wide base boards eat up space at base of walls. Danielle quickly sent spec sheets on both V2 frames while assuring me that the adjustable design of the frames would allow my dream to come true. Thanks Danielle.
Love my sit-to-stand uplift desk and when a puppy chewed the cords I was able to speak to a knowledgeable person via phone within minutes and had the replacement cords ordered immediately.

I first started my experience with Uplift by chatting with Victoria Tankersley on the website's chat function. She was quick to answer and was very helpful, ultimately connecting me with Samantha Cobb.
Sam was also very helpful and fast to respond, especially considering she was responding on a weekend. I appreciated both of their willingness to help, as well as their prompt responses.

We ordered a butcher block desktop and it was delivered in a day. The desktop box was damaged upon delivery and I could see the beautiful Saman Butcher block inside and was really hoping that it was not damaged while shipping. Upon unboxing, much to our disappointment, the desktop was damaged. Julian Lanza at customer service helped us, gave us a few options between compensation, free items or replacement. Since we hadn't started assembling we opted for a replacement. We were able to get in touch with him super quickly since he shared his direct number and was able to resolve the issue in minutes.

Bought a chair from their sister site Human Solution, it arrived quickly except there was a structural/mechanical issue with the recline. I was able to reach out to customer service online through their chat and the response time was immediate and helpful. Norman Scott helped me initially with looking at a video of the problem and sending my issue over to the warranty dept who got back to me with a suggestion to try and fix the problem myself. When the fix didn't work, I followed up with customer service again and got Avalon Reese who was able to go back through what already happened, go right back to the warranty dept, and got a replacement shipped out to me within a couple days. She was very responsive and nice both in chat and through e-mail.
Thanks for paying attention to your customers! Buying furniture is such a pain, and more so when it's not right when it arrives, and knowing getting help is easy if something goes wrong is a huge incentive to come back.
I ordered standing desks for my office, and the process was very straightforward and actually kind of fun. However, I was accidentally charged sales tax after submitting the proper Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certificate, so needed to call Customer Service and explain the situation. Julian Lanza was extremely polite and helpful, gave me clear instructions, and acknowledged receipt of my email correspondence immediately. He gave me a timeline of when I could expect a refund, and let me know he was available to help with anything else that may come up. I really appreciate his prompt, courteous and competent assistance.

I ordered a few items from Uplift Desk over the past couple of weeks, and the team over there made the whole process a true pleasure. But what I think separates good customer service from excellent customer service is how a company reacts when things go wrong. When I received my reclaimed birch Butcher Block desk, I was disappointed to find a crack on the top surface.
Not wanting to have to go through the process of disassembling the desk, repackaging it, and waiting for FedEx to pick it up, I contacted Uplift Desk to see what my other options may be. I had the good fortune to get connected to Julian Lanza who went out of his way to make things right. In addition to issuing a partial refund for the damage, Julian also sent me a complimentary touch-up kit to make the crack less obvious. His communication over the phone and in subsequent emails was responsive, kind, and generally top-notch. With this kind of service, I have no reservations about purchasing from Uplift Desk again. It also helps that their products (at least during these first few days of operation) are very, very good!
