They said cheap price but when they are finished they send you a new revised price way higher than expected saying blabla about phone subsidiaries by the carrier. Make no sense for a 6-year-old phone paid way over time. Do use them.
They make it seem like its a 22$ charge and then slam you with a huge bill afterwords. In my case it was a 209$ bill they expected me to pay. Picture to prove it.
One of many scam sites that hover just within the law of ripping people off, quote one price but charge a further price ignore any complaints refuse to answer or provide complaints or legal contact details
Says one thing, charges another. No customer service at all, telephone number never answered and no emails replied to. Just file a dispute or chargeback.
Its a scam, dnt waste your money. Website is really good and professional just to scam people and make them believe on their work. Even they have their own domain, dnt believe they are thieves they scam you really professionally.
I am travelling abroad and want to get a sim chip for better rates. I was able to unlock my S9 with another service no problem even though it's not paid off. My husband has an iphone and the service I used only deals with android phones. His phone is also still under payments which is why I had to go to an outside vendor. They charged me $28 and within 24 hours sent an email saying the iphone couldn't be unlocked because it is still in payments. DUH! If it was paid off, I could just go to AT&T and get it unlocked for free. So basically this is a scam. You pay $28 for them to tell you what you already know. And to top it off, even though I never said anything about a charge back, I just asked for a refund, this is what they said: "
If a
Dispute is raised in the form of a chargeback this will be seen as an attempt
To defraud the business and we would refer you to the terms and conditions
Accepted at the point of purchase, please be aware that a full report on the
Device status will be provided along with a copy of our terms and conditions
Accepted at the point of purchase and issued to the relevant bank in order to
Challenge the dispute raised and retrieve monies. We are able to successfully
Recover monies in cases where payment has been reversed or charged back. An
Additional charge for administration costs incurred of $100 would also be
Demanded and recovered."
It's a fraud dont believe in the reviews you see online its all made up reviews. These people are thieves dont trust this people.
Answer: It's a scam! I lost my money, they didn't unlock and didn't proceed full refund after 1 month waiting
Answer: Hello, we are sorry to hear your confusion with our pricing, our price list states all the prices, Devices are unlocked for the pre order fee unless there has been issues with the device contract, As an intermediate company, we are a recycler of bulk unlocks, For this reason we can offer bulk unlocks to our Pre order customers for the price stated, If it is that there are contract issues / debt to be cleared this must be cleared prior to release of the unlock, This fee is set by the network and has to be cleared before they will release the device, Kind Regards Sophie@ Support
