You loose a star because I did not see the VAT loaded onto your price till I had filled everything out to pay. I nearly pulled out. You should quote the full price including the VAT in your first page.

Seems ok quick and easy to navigate the site waited a Couple of days and it was sorted painlessly

My phone is locked to EE. This company charged me £24 and within 24 hours they emailed me that i need to pay another £24 if I want my phone to be unlocked. And if I don't pay I cannot get my phone unlocked. EE later on told me that no company can unlock my phone anyways as this can only be done by EE.

Beware of this company - I paid £35 to unlock and now they want £254 + £51 VAT to unlock - as if anyone would pay that! I can get a new iPad for that. Then they will keep your original payment - total fraud. I will be reporting their business.

2 days ago I paid to have my iPhone unlocked. A day later they changed the unlock price and told me that I only paid a "pre-order price" and now I need to pay a much larger price for the unlocking. I asked for a refund and my email to them was blocked by their system. Please stay away! This company is shady shady shady!

I paid $39 to see about getting the iPhone lock removed from my 6S iPhone. They responded back a few days later saying that I would have to pay another $327 on top of the money I already gave them to get the iPhone unlocked. So it's essentially $366 to get you iPhone unlocked. I can get a new iPhone 6S off eBay cheaper than that.

If I could give this company 0 out of 5 stars I most definitely would. I needed my 11 pro Max unlocked (iCloud account removed) I paid the initial 39$ for the processing of it and supposedly this check is when they thoroughly evaluate your device and look into its history to see all the details of it. Then they decide if it's able to be unlocked or not. Well they told me mine was approved and to go through with the iMei unlock process it was going to be another $327 so I paid it thinking in my head that if it's that's much money it's a guaranteed thing l. Bulletproof right? Wrong. Seven days go by and on my order receipt it says 1-7 business days it would take once I email customer service they reply back to me saying my device is blocked and they can't unlock it and that they are only able to refund me 50% of my money I am furious this is such b**ls*it do not trust these a**ho**s
