SCAM!
October 27, 2020

I paid to have my phone unlocked paid all all the asking fees. It's been over 2months and they have not unblocked my phone. When I first reached them out they told me they were doing a "system maintenance" and now I keep getting the same answer week after week:
Please be assured that your unlock is processing and we are chasing completion. For up to date tracking information please login to order tracking through the website where all information regarding your order can be viewed
Kind Regards
Emma"

I paid for the pre-order so they could verify the ability to unlock my phone. After confirmation, I paid the remaining amount to have my phone unlocked from Sprint. I was promised a timeline of 1 to 7 days. 7 days came and went, then 14, them a month. After 33 days I told that my phone can be unlocked and was offered at refund of only 50% of the unlock fee. Completed lack of accountability. Do not use.

It's a robe! Beware!
October 4, 2020

First of all, this company shows price 25 usd and when you purchasing they make you pay more, in my case was 75 usd more. Even so after 1 month waiting they couldn't do their job, and charged me anyway, refunding less then half. My phone wasn't blacklisted as I checked it before placing my order. So for me it's just a scam and robe! Beware and don't have business with them.

Fraudulent company
September 30, 2020

Fraudulent company
On August 2,2020 I paid $153 to have my phone unlocked, it's now August 21,2020 and my phone still hasn't been unlocked. They have very poor customer service, don't respond to customer emails and don't update the tracking website. This company is a scam, don't waste your time or money. Order a unlock sim chip for $25 and save yourself the headache! Horrible company!

UNCLEAR AND MISLEADING!
September 30, 2020

I don't know who is their client market but if you're the average joe bloggs looking to get your phone unlocked and think you're about to pay £25 you're in for a shock! You're looking at close to £100! You can get it done for a tenner at a phone kiosk! I was trying to be computer savvy and stay in due to Co-Vid but totally got scammed by these guys! If there was an option to pay by PayPal I would of so I could of won my money back from you fraudulent punks.

Don't Trust them. I was looking for a service to unlock a phone I purchases on ebay. The phone booted up as Verizon, So i added Verizon in my description, with 24 hours my unlock search came back as unable to completed because so they say I did not give the the correct information. However they were able to see the date of purchased the serial number and that it was at&t. I paid $34.00 for that but they were quick to tell me it was non-refundable because I did not give the correct info. Okay so I wanted to be sure that the phone was indeed locked to at&t and I paid $3.00 for a network search, and once again I was told that it was at&t.(But my at&t sim card does not work in the phone) umm... sounds fishy. I then went to at&t and the phone was not unlock to them, nor TMobil. So this site is a scam. I sure they have someone writing excellent service reviews for them. I will not recommend them to anyone. This is the search results:

Scam?
August 11, 2020

If I could, I would give no stars! STAY AWAY! DO NOT USE THIS SITE! The website requests a $39.99 pre-order fee. Their Terms and Conditions state that they may ask for a larger sum once their scan of the phone is complete. What they do not share is that the extra fee may be upwards of an additional $330, more that 900% of the Pre-Order amount. I tried to unlock an iPhone 5 and was expected to pay a total of $366 to complete the iCloud unlock. Not even a carrier unlock! Mind you the iPhone 5 is worth less than $100. I have now wasted $40 because I will not pay an extra $327 on a phone worth less than $100 and they refuse to refund even though an increase of 900% of the original fee was never mentioned in the Terms and Conditions. In my opinion, this website is a huge SCAM.

A Mis-selling issue
July 24, 2020

Be VERY careful before purchasing any unlock service from this website. The "price" they quote on teh website is only a fee to search whether they can unlock your phone. IF they can, they will then only do so if you pay a MUCH larger fee.
I was seeking to unlock an old iphone X handset and paid £23.99 quoted (well, they don't include VAT in their quoted prices) for the unlock. I got an email a day later saying they could unlock my phone for a further cost of £68. Needless to say, when I complained and asked for the upfront to be refunded on the basis of being mis-sold they simply said their T&Cs have a clause that allows them to charge more if they choose to.
Their TrustPilot score suckered my into using these people. Needless to say I can only fill in a TP review if I went ahead with the further cost.
It feels like an utter scam and I would serious avoid this firm and find one who is upfront as to the actual costs.

One star is too many in my view! In today's world a company stands and falls ( if not immediately but before long) by conning it's customers. In my experience iphoneapprovedunlock is one such case in particular.
After purchasing an iPhone 7+ off eBay that was advertised as 'iCloud locked' I had in the days before read that it was possible to have this reversed and found a trusted company on trust pilot. So with the confidence that this phone could be unlocked for the further fee of £35 I bid and won.
I went to the iphoneapprovedunlock.com site and gave the phones invidual code and after asking for the reasonable upfront payment no other reference to further payments was lauded to.
I waited the standard 24 hrs then finally received a confirmation email saying that my iPhone was ready to be unlocked... AFTER I MADE A FINAL PAYMENT OF £284.98 (305.99 in total).

Leads me to believe that all positive reviews of this company are created via a multitude of bots.

It is a SCAM. Their web page looks like that of an apple but it is NOT.
Web page is well thought over to trick you into buying the service, however the service is fake. They deduct the initial amount calling it pre-order for unlocking the phone, than they say that their engineer needs to do some checks, and finally ask for more money without any reason. If you ask to return the money they become aggressive. I lost £24 pounds. Not happy.
Please do not believe in their comments and answers if you wish to keep your money and peace of mind.

SCAM STAY AWAY
June 20, 2020

I needed to unlock my iphone 7 went on the website and paid the £23.99 to get this unlocked. I was told to wait 24hours and i would get a code. The next day i get an email stating that in order for me to release the unlock i will need to pay an extra £76.79. It was not clear at all that the initial payment was only to check if it can be unlocked. OBVIOUSLY I KNOW IT CAN BE UNLOCKED I WOULD NOT PAY SOMEONE £23.99 JUST TO TELL ME THAT!

When i asked for a refund they stated that once the order is submitted a refund can not be issued for the pre-order. So unless i decide to pay them nearly £80 to unlock my phone i just gave them £24 to tell me it can be unlocked. I can buy the the handset again second hand for that amount! Makes no sense.

Please STAY AWAY from this company unless you want to be throwing money away.

Ordered an unlock for my iPhone and like others proceeded through the process and discovered the hidden costs along the way. However, I was happy to pay the money at the time as I was desperate to have a phone that worked as I had just changed service providers but my phone was locked to original provider (Telstra).
That was now 35 days ago and I still do not have my "unlock" that I paid for despite numerous requests for a refund my requests have basically been ignored.
I would not recommend this company to anyone!

Don't be taken in by fake reviews. They are a con. They say it will be £20 then hit you with a £80 additional bill. It's there in the tiny small print hidden in reams of t&c's. Pure fraudsters and false advertising.
