I was looking for a spider bracket for my washer so I searched the web looking for the best price I could find. I came upon UAP's website and they advertised one for 108.00 dollars and free shipping. This was about 15.00 dollars cheaper than anyone else so I bought it. I usually buy from Ebay or amazon but the price was too good to pass up. I then searched for reviews of this company and what i found was not very good. No company is perfect, but without a way to contact them or any information as to where they were located, I started to get a little worried. I noticed they had the same item for sale on Ebay which stated "Last One" for 127.00 so i contacted them and i did not get a reply. I then decided to wait a couple of days and see if the status would change from awaiting fulfillment to shipped and after two days it did, I received an email stating they had purchased a shipping label from Fedex. Well, I ordered it on Monday and it was delivered by the USPS via Fedex Smart Post on Saturday and it is exactly what I wanted. Signed, One Happy Customer!
Ordered a Whirlpool refridge electronic water valve which was supposed to be new. It was shipped in a box without being in a sealed plastic as normal Whirlpool parts are shipped. In addition, it had magic marker writing on it unlike normal new Whirlpool parts.
Return it and will see if they try to charge a restocking fee.
They sent me the wrong Part, then they had the Gall to only Refund a Portion of my money
They charged me a 20 dollar Restocking Fee, on a $59 dollar Item
It also cost me $15.50 to Return The Part!
There are lots of Reputable Parts Suppliers out there, This one is far from Reputable!
Part arrived. Didn't need it after all.
Waited 7 days before they sent RA approval. Returned part (value $90) at my expense. Never received credit for return and email enquiries were met with endless requests for the tracking number. Don't waste time with these clowns. Pay a few dollars more with a reputable company. Wish I had read reviews before I ordered.

Restocking fees? Need I say more? They suck. They dont even deserve a 1 rating.
Was majorly disappointing in the parts they sent, that did not match the manufactures part number. They also claim to have a no questions ask return policy, But try to get someone to respond with return instructions. Had to file a PayPal dispute. Suggest you pay a little more elsewhere.
Answer: Impossible, worst return (no return) system ever. Do not buy from this site, it would appear this is a way to rip off people, selling the wrong part and description incorrect. As said in other review emails are the only way to communicate, and that is hit and miss, with multiple attempts to receive on email back.
